This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. The view of the lake as you enter beckons you to spend as much time as possible watching the boats and kayaks and the occasional fish jumping out of the water. Plenty of room on the 3 levels and lots of kitchen equipment and dishes. Very quiet neighborhood and only 10-12 minutes to town.

This was our second time staying at Jeff and Madeline’s wonderful home during racing season. There was plenty of room for our family of five adults and four small children to spread out and have privacy during our almost two week stay. The hosts are very responsive and concerned about their guests’ every need. The lakeside location is a quiet respite from the track and bustling downtown.

Beautiful home located right on Saratoga Lake. utilized all the amenities. Gathered with family on the beach. Had evening family gatherings around the fire pit on the beach. Even enjoyed a family volleyball game on the beach. The Home offered plenty of space for gatherings and entertaining. Stayed for an entire month. No complaints.

This was our second year staying at this beautiful house on the lake. Gorgeous view, every amenity that you can think of and close by to Saratoga Racetrack! Thank you Madeline and Jeff for another great stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and everything was as wonderful as the first time. The home is spacious, the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans; the grill on the deck is super-convenient and everything was very clean and no musty smell anywhere. The owners checked in via text to make sure everything was as expected. I spent many blissful hours on the upper deck just staring at the lake - that view is priceless; and we enjoyed the access to the community pool and beach - never crowded. We will return to this home many times in the future if we are so lucky.

This house was perfect. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and such amazing views. The pool and beach was a short distance from the house and very centrally located to restaurants/Broadway/shops. This house would easily hold 8 or more people.

We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view. The neighborhood pools were great. The neighborhood has a racquetball court and tennis courts we did not use because we did not bring our rackets. When we had questions the communication was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was very nice and the owners were very responsive if we had any questions or issues. We hope to visit again in the summer when we can enjoy the outside decks. The view is spectacular.

We had the most wonderful time at Madeline and Jeff’s house. The house is very nice, spacious and very well appointed. It overlooks Lake Saratoga offering gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. It located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within 10min of downtown. The community has many fabulous amenities to offer (pool, sauna, tennis courts, etc) and it could not have made for better endings to our outdoorsy days. We went skiing all week and the kids just loved getting to go swimming after. One day a heavy winter storm went through bringing lots of snow and we were amazed at how well the community handled it. Not only the streets were cleared in no time but they also cleared the driveways and walkways to the front door. The owners Madeline and Jeff are very easy to communicate with and seem like lovely people. We loved our time at their house and enjoyed it to the fullest. We cannot wait to come back and will happily recommend their property!

This is a very convenient location 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs and 10 minutes to local supermarkets and big box stores, but the location is a very peaceful townhome community on Saratoga Lake. Great place for a family with a large living area on the main floor and large TV room on the lower level so people can spread out. The kitchen is nicely equiped.

The photos of this property are good but the actual space is even better. You see the expansive Lake as soon as you walk through the door. The living area is very comfortable and kitchen quite large for a group of cooks. The beds are very comfortable. The lower level also opens out to another deck. I spent many hours just watching the activity on the lake. You cannot go wrong selecting this home!

Our family of four loved staying here -- the view from the deck is amazing! We also really liked the separate office which allowed fro some private work space. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Very nice, big house that was very well stocked with everything you could need. Then there is the view of the lake that just puts it over the top. We had a wonderful week enjoying the views, community pool, and surrounding area. Would highly recommend staying if you like the upstate NY area. I hope we can stay again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Jeff and Madeline’s townhouse on Saratoga Lake. The house is gorgeous and the photos can not even fully capture the beautiful expansive view of the lake from the entire living area on the first floor, the master bedroom, and the two outdoor decks. We were 4 adults and a 5 and 2 year old and there was more than enough space for all of us. The neighborhood is lovely and the two pools and beach as part of the association are perfect. There is so much to do in Saratoga and the Racetrack is minutes away. I highly recommend renting this fabulous lake house!

The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of the lake and lots of local restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and playgrounds for children.

This home had a great kitchen. Well equipped. Plenty of room in the kitchen to work. Lots of space for eating or playing games. Master suite was large. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the lake. Never had to call about anything that was not working. Owners recommendations were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to gather with family. Home was beautiful, spacious and as pictured. Lake, community center and town of Saratoga Springs made this a perfect spot to reconnect with family. Jeff and Madeline were available, attentive and responsive hosts throughout our stay. We are definitely planning to make this a family tradition and we are already planning for a return visit.

We had a great time at this Saratoga lake house. The views of the lake were stunning and it was a quick 10-minute trip into town. Having the clubhouse access was a nice perk, especially the outdoor pool on the hot days. Hosts were always available for any questions. Overall great experience.

The home had beautiful views from the outdoor patios, a huge living space, well stocked kitchen, great acoustics for music and in the perfect location. Jeff & Madeline are super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We loved the all the amenities and neighborhood; easy access to area attractions. Can't wait to go back!

My family stayed in Jeff and Madeline's Lake House for 3 weeks to take a break from the city. The house and it's location is gorgeous. There is nothing that can explain how wonderful it is to wake up to a vast view of Saratoga Lake. I worked for a portion of our stay in the house and the Wi-Fi is speedy and reliable, better than what I have at home, which made Zooms a breeze. The kids loved the house. Beds are all comfy and the house was super clean. Madeline and Nick are exceptionally responsive and very welcoming. Will definitely try to rent this house again if we ever vacation in the area.

The house was in the perfect location. Close to the City of Saratoga but right on Saratoga Lake. The house was clean with relaxing views of the lake. Every morning coffee on the deck watching the boats and kayakers peacefully floating by. We did have perfect weather. Nick and Madeline Have a Beatiful Home.

The town of Saratoga is so beautiful and this house was gorgeous!! Drinking coffee on the deck while watching the boats on the lake was wonderful. An amazing getaway for our entire family. I highly recommend staying at this property!

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Saratoga! Jeff is very responsive and available if you need anything. The house is beautiful and has the best views of the lake. The location is perfect, walking distance to the community center, beach and pool, and only a short drive from town. We definitely hope to be back again in the future!

Every aspect of our visit was exceptional. Great communication throughout the booking process from both the hosts Jeffery and Madeline and the development’s manager. The property was beautiful and overlooked Saratoga lake. The views are incredible. The complex has its own private well maintained beach, an indoor and an outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, picnic area and exercise facilities. Everyone we talked to in the community was friendly and helpful. Right after our arrival, Jeff and Madeline reached out to us making sure all was satisfactory and offered their assistance. Restaurants, activities and places to visit. I, my wife and two daughters had a great time and whole heartedly recommend this to all.
