The location of the apartment was good. At least 2 small grocery stores near the apartment. Close to the Downtown, we could reach all the main attractions easily. We found parking place in front of the building all the time, however it's a public parking so you need to pay for it.

The bed from the bedroom should be changed asap. Before we used the shower, I found some hair in the sinker. There was no forks at all, just knifes. No drying place for the towels. With some minor improvements, could be a really good apartment.

the bed was broken and sleeping in it was almost impossible, during mornings we didn’t have any hot water, the doors to the main building was always open which was disturbing

Had to walk up 3 floors (9 flights of stairs) with heavy luggage. No air conditioning- we would have happily of went out and bought a tan on the first night to make it more bare able however we’re waiting on a response from the host to advise that there was definitely no air con. It was 40 degrees outside and the lack of communication was frustrating

When we arrived the bed in the bedroom was broken. We called for help but we were told they work till 6pm we called at 5.45 and that someone will come to fix it the next day. Still no bed to sleep on and no message when and how they plan to fix it. Communication problems. We slept on the floor (took the materace to the floor) which was the best to do it. Next day at 11 am the fixer came with no notice (we could've been out) and took 1 hour to fix the bed but we couldn't sleep on it. Took it off again to the floor the bed is unacceptable. The worst of all is the response of the owner. The message in case of s.o.s. emergency said call the number - nobody picked up. What if it was the toilet or shower. Totally unacceptable. Apartment was generally good but the way the bed issue handled unacceptable. Please be carefull and think twice before renting from dFive apartments It looks professional but it isn't. Remember also this apartment is not airconditioned which we knew but felt the consequences.

When we arrived the landlord sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment including pictures of everything, in general he was very helpful, available and answered any questions I had. In addition I liked the possibility of choosing breakfast at 11 different restaurants in the city, it helped us get to know the city and eat in places I might not have been to. About the room: Large room, suitable for 6 people. Renovated, clean and the landlord is very nice and helpful.

Three problems: 1) The apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator, should be noted for people who can't go up the stairs 2) Didn't clean the room during the stay (but did change towels and provide more paper) 3) There was no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the living room. Not a problem on cold days because there is heating, but in summer it is problematic to sleep inside the rooms.

Everything is great! Huge apartment with everything! We liked the opportunity to leave our bags in the centre of the city for free!
