grundsätzlich wäre die Lage des Anwesens schön, wenn die Umgebung der Erdgeschosswohnung gepflegt wäre. Stattdessen standen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haustür überquellende Müllcontainer und Behälter mit Leergut und die Wohnung zeigte noch Spuren vom Vormieter Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt, habe es dem Vermieter gemeldet, die angekündigte Reinigungskraft ist nicht gekommen, ich habe Fotos gemacht und dem Vermieter geschickt, es wurde nicht darauf reagiert, wir sind früher abgereist.........Nie wieder diese Unterkunft

We were so dissappointed about the property that we struggle to find something positive to say. Host did reply quickly to our phone call and did bring some clean mugs, cutlery and kitchen sponge on request.

Property charged EUR 105 for a final clean but when we arrived the property was filthy! Never had anything so dirty in Germany ever before. Usually properties tend to be clean. It clearly had not been cleaned after the last guests. Maybe just a quick glance over but also still bread crumbs all over the floor so clearly not cleaned. No cutlery or mugs to even serve 2 persons and what was there was dirty. Kitchen poorly equipped. Beds dirty (please be aware that you will have to bring your own bed linen and towles or pay extra even at a EUR 105 final cleaning fee!). Shower curtain either blocks the drain or you flood the bathroom. Outside also not kept as would be appropriate for a holiday let. Very glad we only stayed for one night! We did not feel comfortable.

everything the host couldn’t even be bothered to say hello. When we arrived there was no one there had to ring them which international phone call. no sheets or duvet cover found out later in very small print you had pay large amount for them. we could also hear next door on toilet.next door table and chairs out side right out side our front door so we had no privacy. No. towels . oven didn’t look clean the sofa in lounge is hard and uncomfortable. the shower puts water everywhere, The bedroom window was very awkward to try and open. when the bill was itemised we saw £108 euros was for cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend any one stay there the pictures on Booking.com don’t show what it’s really like the picture aren’t true ,

misrepresented in the online photos - you get a small portion from the White House and definitely not the big windows. the bedroom window is microscopic -- (30x40cm?) way below standard for the room area. although we booked for 5 guests, there were only 4 beds! Linen is extra and very expensive (info well hidden in the small font). and although there is a 90euro cleaning fee, the toilet was used and not cleaned before our arrival and there was a medicine tube still lying on the night table from a previous guest!! Only four spoons available and generally meagre kitchen... minimal amount of toilet paper. Although the other units were empty, the host found it appropriate to rent the unit next to the trash -- our view from the tiny window: trash containers and a parking lot!
