La maravillosa villa que se encuentra sola 'Villa Sud' tiene una gran terraza de 115 m² con una vista panorámica impresionante a mar abierto y la Sierra Nevada.
La extraordinaria villa tiene un terreno de aprox. 1.800 m² y el espacio de 265 m² ofrece capacidad para 8 personas, a 6 minutos de la playa y un parque. Los generosos espacios están amueblados con muebles muy elegante y lujosos, antiguos y contemporáneos. Desde muchos espacios se tiene una vista impresionante sobre el mar.
El terreno está completamente vallado y posibilita vacaciones relajadas y privadas. Adicionalmente, la 'Villa Sud' tiene 1 cochera y aparcamientos al patio interior.
Una terraza, una piscina privada (9x6 m) y el bar con barbacoa, adyacente de la piscina, están al lado del mar con una vista panorámica al mar y a la playa.
En la parte inferior hay un jardín grande con 10 diferentes árboles frutales (naranjo, limonero, mango, papaya, caqui, maracuyá, higuera, mispelo, chirimoya y granadero) y bancales de verdura. Pueden pedir las frutas, verduras y ensaladas que deseen.
Nuestro jardinero se ocupa del jardín y de la piscina. De esta forma pueden relajarse y disfrutar sus bien merecidas vacaciones.
Todos espacios están en la misma planta y tienen suelos de piedra y mármol de gran calidad.
Desde los principios de 2022 hay nuevas camas, colchones, ropas de cama y electrodomésticos.
A su llegada le esperan un paquete de bienvenida y de iniciación.

Very nice house, looks better in real than in pictures. Close to beach and supermarket. Wonderful pool. We had ha great time, even though no fruit was ready in the garden. But we bought them in the market in Almunecar! The location near by the tunnel was no problem. Good communication with the ownwer!

We could not believe how much space we had on arrival, loved the pool area with bbq and bar, lots of sun beds, tables and chairs. Top patio very large with masses of chairs and loungers and amazing views from every direction. The villa was very well equipped, kitchen had every utensil you could think of. Rooms were large and beds comfortable, plenty of bathrooms with showers and baths and even a outside shower room with toilet by the pool. A car is needed as you are high up, only 8-10 minutes walk to beach downhill but would not fancy the walk up. All in all this is a amazing place to stay our family loved it and I would recommend it to anyone.

We loved the spacious terrace, quality patio furniture and glorious sea views. The swimming pool was clean and bbq area fabulous- could charge our phones by the bar while having a dip!
The villa was very well equipped- lots of everything; pillows, towels, glasses, spices, pans, big fridge freezer. There was a good use of space throughout the villa and gorgeous cool marble floors. We came for the Alhambra which was well worth the trip.

This is a beautiful villa with stunning views of the water and countryside. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was responsive to questions and very helpful. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, family friendly villa. The sea views are breathtaking and the large patio area and also pool area are perfect for taking in the views. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The air conditioning is great (except for in one room) and was well needed as it was so hot. We made full use of the pool area with the outside bbq facility which is fantastic. We also picked fresh lemons and limes from the orchard area.
We had some problems with the electricity that the property agent and owner worked quickly to resolve.
The beach is within walking distance but it is a very steep walk back up. There are bars/restaurants/shops within walking distance however the town is about a 40 minute walk away. Taxi’s were difficult to come by and we were not successful in ordering one from the villa as they did not recognised the address that we were given. It would be helpful for future guests to have information about ordering taxis.
We drove to Motril (about 20 mins) to a very large supermarket - Alcampo, where we stocked up on essentials. For us car hire was a must both for back and forth to the town and to explore areas further afield, Nerja was a great place to visit.

We had a wonderful time in Almunecar. The house was perfect for our needs and the view was fantastic.
We have never been in a house more well equipped than this. It had every kitchen tool you could possibly ask for! The welcome package was nice.
The space, in and outside the house, was also great.
Unfortunately the people before us had not done the dishes properly. We found lots of things in the kitchen cabinets, that was not clean, so we had to clean before we could use it.
We also had one room, where the air condition did not work. The owner did what he could, but unfortunately it was not fixed before we left.
The poolarea was great with sunbeds, a barbecue, table and chairs, a shower and toilet nearby. There was a sound from the road below, but it did not disturb us too much.
Overall our stay in this house and with this location was great and we would not hesitate going back.

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was very comfortable and a great value for the price. The only trouble we had was tripping the circuit breaker for the kitchen, which was easily fixed. The villa was very kid friendly.

We spent a very enjoyable 2 weeks at this large well equipped villa. It was easy to find, very accessible for either Granada or Malaga airports via the motorway, with Almunecar town within 5 minutes drive with a great fish and veg market and other amenities. The villa looked exactly as it did in the photos, we were a party of 7 and had plenty of space for us all to enjoy either together or quiet time on our own. We went late May/early June, the pool was cool (!) but we spent late afternoons in it after a day of sunshine. The management company were very prompt in responding to any queries we had. All in all, highly recommended and good value for money.

The villa was everything we could have wanted and more, could not fault it.The space was fabulous, well kept and we had everything we needed. The welcome pack was a nice touch also to keep us going until we got our barings.
It was mentioned it would be an idea to hire a car however there were shops and bars 10 minutes away from the villa, all down hill but it didnt bother us. We had an 82 year old with us and she walked up and down the hill perfectly fine.
The town of almunecar where the market is was a 40 minute walk from the villa which was also fine we did it several times during our two week stay and we enjoyed the exercise and the fresh fish from the indoor market.
We Are hoping to return to the villa next year and every year after!!! we have fell in love with almunecar, it is a very authentic spanish town which encouraged us to brush up on our spanish speaking, everyone was very catering and friendly. Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sud. The location was wonderful. The villa was equipped with everything you could wish for including a lovely hamper waiting for us. The only downside was we couldn't get UK TV, minor issue and certainly didn't spoil our stay. The communication from booking to departure was excellent. We have our own travel company and we will certainly recommend to our customers, family and friends. Just wish we were staying for longer, but,we are planning a return visit. Thank you to all concerned. Definitely 5 star.

We spent a week with friends at Villa Sur in March. Our experience from the outset was great, after weeks of doing second go rounds on roundabouts in Portugal and Spain, the owner provided concise, precise directions and presto we were there. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and this was important as there weren't as many restaurants open so early in the season. The welcome package of food was great as we're all the oils and spices. There were four bedrooms which accommodated 3 couples and one for the occasional snorer.
The patio is immense and despite the iffish weather we enjoyed it every day. The pool area was more sheltered from the winds , however there is a bit of hum from the road below. Certainly didn't bother us. A word of caution , don't just close up the umbrellas lay them down or they will lie down on their own !
The walk to the beach is a bit of hike and you wouldn't do it carrying beach chairs, but there is plentiful parking both on the street and in the municipal parking garage.
The owner provided a great deal of information re things to do and see and the local representative was very helpful giving us more practical information re shopping, parking etc.
Overall we would give this villa 5 stars.

we were family of 5 adults and three children, the house was amazing in terms of location, safety , cleanliness and it had all necessary things that a house should have. all of us really enjoyed beautiful terrace and scenery around it and the beautiful pool from which u can see the entire sea and of course the bbq area.
we also picked fresh oranges from the garden that was in our property and for free use . made fresh juice every morning.

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful Villa and looked forward to returning to it after each day of sightseing. 2 of the bedrooms have ocean views. The pool and the garden are wonderful. The upper deck was so beautiful to eat dinners alfresco. We did walk down to the beach but the walk up was steep (well worth it :). Our family of 7 couldn't have been more happy with the house - hated to leave :) Plus the location is perfect for visiting Nerje , Granada, and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Tropical!

Wonderful views from the large terrace - spacious pool area - 4 good size bedrooms - partial air con - 10 minute walk to beach and bars down steep hill - few problems on arrival which were fairly quickly sorted out - all in all good value for money
