This is not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The space is large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and centrally located for walking around Old Town Bluffton. Communication with the owner is a breeze if you need anything, but the place is well stocked and perfectly set up.

I stayed here with my mother and adult children. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back. The property had a spacious feel, a great layout, and was clean and modern. The property manager communicated quickly and provided us with everything we needed. We loved the location as it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is immaculate, airy and located right in the heart of Old Town. Dining., shopping and galleries all within a few steps and the May River just a dive minute walk away. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will come back when we are in the area again. We loved being right in the downtown Bluffton area, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place was just perfect. Location was great, the hosts were great to deal with, and the place itself was awesome. Very comfortable, tastefully done, all conveniences you could need. Was the perfect getaway!

Amazing rental. Very clean, new, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Located in a plaza full of cute shops and great restaurants. Host was responsive quickly with questions. It is on a busy road, and a bit noisy with street traffic, but wouldn't stop me from staying there again. It was a holiday weekend and could be heavier than usual traffic due to people traveling to Hilton Head. Overall, we feel in love with the condo, and the town! Want to return!

The 3rd floor condo was exactly as pictured and described! Overall the accommodations were very clean and spacious. King bed in the master was very comfortable and all towels and linens were high quality. The owner was very accommodating with our schedule and allowed us to check in early, and was also very quick to respond when a tropical storm blew through and disabled the internet late in the evening. This condo is in a prime location if you love Old Towne Bluffton … walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Robert and Candice!

So clean and new and nice! And it really could not be in a better location. Bluffton is so walkable anyway but this spot really is convenient - the Corner Perk is right around the corner. A small convenience store is nearby and the view from the windows of the gorgeous garden store across the street is so pretty! Very good rental.

We were looking for a nice place to stay in Bluffton to easily get back and forth to Hilton Head to see family staying there. This place couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The owner was more than easy to work with and accommodating. The Apartment was spotless, had plenty of room, comfortable bed, nicely equipped kitchen, parking area and is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. The little outdoor balcony is pleasant, and for us awarded us the change to watch a nesting pair of birds for the three mornings we were there. I would definitely recommend this wonderfully located apartment to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay in the heart of Old Towne Bluffton!

Great location. So many great bars and restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Being right across the road from Fat Patties was real convenient. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great time. It has an elevator which was nice for getting luggage to/from the 3rd floor.
