Hermoso condominio de lujo en el segundo piso con 2 suites de un dormitorio principal con camas king size y 2 baños completos frente a la playa ubicado cerca del corazón de Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Nuevo en 2006 El balcón GRANDE se asienta sobre el Océano Atlántico y se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Tiene una cocina muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 (2 sillas de oficina y sillas plegables adicionales en el garaje) La sala de estar y el segundo dormitorio tienen una gran televisión de pantalla plana. El maestro tiene una televisión de pantalla plana más pequeña. El edificio cuenta con un administrador residente a tiempo completo en el sitio. Hay un gimnasio con duchas, sauna, baño de vapor y 2 piscinas (una piscina junto al océano y una piscina en la cubierta superior trasera), ambas piscinas tienen bañeras de hidromasaje adjuntas. Tenemos sillas, sombrillas, bicicletas, tablas de surf, toallas de playa, bolsas de playa, juguetes de playa de plástico para niños, un vagón para llevarlo todo y más para su uso almacenado en nuestro garaje para un automóvil. He instalado hermosos pisos de madera nuevos en todo el edificio (la cama King principal es en realidad camas posturpéticas dobles ajustables con controles remotos.

Beautiful condo located right on the beach! The pictures do not do justice to the quality and aesthetics of the interior! The owner was informative and interested in ensuring I enjoyed my time in Jacksonville! I will definitely try to stay here again next year! We wanted to be right on the water for this trip. We spent tons of time on the balcony. Sunrise here is stunning. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. Everything was very convenient. We enjoyed rolling our cart right out to the beach for the day, then cooling off in the pool. We will be back!

Celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and Father's Day weekend with our family couldn't have been more enjoyable at this beautiful condo. Very clean, spacious and the amenities and location was ideal. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops, and the short walk to the pier was fantastic. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrises will always be remembered. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

We had an amazing stay. The condo is perfect location. Lots of restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The condo had everything you need. It is beautiful. The weather was cool so we never turned on the AC and kept the doors open and could hear the waves from our bed. Slept great. The facilities are excellent... including a rooftop pool! Host was so welcoming and great to work with. We will be back!

Excellent location on beach with great balcony views!
Very updated, high-end furnishings in this condo. Very clean (extra high marks here!) Comfortable bedding and living accommodations. We enjoyed our stayed immensely and condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well equipped; we had fun using bikes on the beach, gated parking is nice; close to many restaurants if you enjoy walking a little bit. We walked to Tiki bar just north of condo and enjoyed bar grub & good drinks. We were here over July 4th and had wonderful fireworks viewing from the balcony! There is so much that is offered with this home and highly recommend it.... we have used the two most popular vacation rental sites (not allowed to mentioned them here) many times and find this stay to be our favorite! Thanks, Carol for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

Just what the Doctor ordered
My family and I love the beach and only had a few days to take an impromptu trip. We were blessed to find this beautiful, cozy, comfortable yet luxurious condo. It was everything we expected. The communications before and after was top-notch. The instructions were clear and precise. The welcoming exceeded our expectations.. Perfect beach vacation
Condo was exactly as described and as pictured. The owner was very organized with lots of clear instructions and great communication. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was very clean and not very crowded most days. Can also recommend using East Coast sport rentals if you want lounge chairs and an umbrella setup for you. They are a few blocks north but were willing to bring it down and set it up in front of the condo beach access for us. The condo complex has a couple of pools with one of which being heated and completely shaded in the morning which was our favorite. Had it totally to ourselves on the couple days that we used it. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend staying here.

This condo met all of our expectations! Such a pretty view, comfortable beds and they even had a pack n play and highchair for our 6 month old!! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the owner had great communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo and all the facilities were fantastic. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and well appointed. All we needed to bring were our clothes and food. The beds and bathrooms were very nice. The pools on the property were great. The view from from the balcony was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Great winter getaway on Jax Beach
My husband and I decided to escape the MN winter and hide out in Jax Beach. We were familiar with the area and really like the access to a natural food store, Southern Grounds coffee and nice restaurants. We had friends and family visit during our stay and they all commented on how nice the property is. We loved the roominess of the deck and enjoyed watching the beach traffic while sipping on coffee or a glass of wine. It was a wonderful stay and we really appreciated all the amenities like the pool and hot tub and workout room. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous Property!
Carol's property is gorgeous - clean, spacious and has a spectacular view! You can tell she wants her guests to feel comfortable and welcomed! We were lucky enough to stay here during a UNF College tour experience for my son.
