Nothing much but rooms are really good

Room was clean, Quite environment, Staff was nice.

The TV only had free channels, I even asked the staff to activate other channel but they just ignored it

The washroom was clean, that was the only saving grace.

The entrance to the hotel is confusing. Very narrow stairs. There's ongoing construction in the hotel, so there's dust all over. Theek has given me a dirty quilt cover for the bedsheet because the linen had gone for laundry. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, I had to call them on the mobile number from my phone. They had an open entrance to the hotel which wasn't guarded and anyone could enter without notice, so you can never be sure of safety.

Mismanagement and dirty; rude staff behaviour; filthy hotel

It was very hard to breathe in the room. Also all the employees went to their rooms and closed all the gates. Not even the delivery boy could access the gate nor you can get out of the hotel.

Staff was half decent.

There was chewing gum stuck to the towels and the doormat. Disgustingly dirty. Dirtiest room I have ever seen in my life. Stained washrooms. Feel like throwing up while writing this review.
