The weather

Place was exactly as pictured, beautiful location, plenty of space, clean, quiet, comfortable, beds were great!

No real complaints but if I had to name something, there was no wifi or tv in bedroom. Bathroom was rather cold, but it is winter.

Bathroom fan on all the time. Shower pressure weak. Television poor.better toilet paper

The beds and the couches were comfortable

Woke to find tilers working on the balcony. They accessed via extension ladder without notification or prior warning. We could not use the balcony during our stay and had to have curtains drawn and interior lights on during the day whilst workers were there. Apartment 34 should not have been rented out whilst work still in progress. Several maintenance issues such as toilet full flush button not working, shower tap head falling off whilst turning it, fluro lights blinking and blinds in all rooms difficult to use. No WiFi at all!

Location

When we booked the 2 bedroom apartment, it was advertised as sleeping 7. When we arrived, we found it only slept 4. This was not going to work for our guests and sleeping arrangements. I contacted the owner who said that the advertising had not been updated on "Bookings.com" since he had carried out some work in the apartment. I tried to fine alternative accommodation but it was too late, everywhere i tried could not accommodate us. I spoke to the owner about how disappointed we were. He offered a discount to which I accepted. We had to put two couches together for one of the guests. It was quite dirty under where the couch was. Cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen. Wall not completed/painted behind main double bed. After many messages to the owner, he has not returned my calls/messages, hence I have not seen any discount at all.

The view from the balcony & the location was great.

There was a swimming cap & swimsuit left in the bathroom (I’m guessing from the previous guests), the bed sheets were a bit dirty and had hair on them and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly so it needed a few flushes to get it clean.

Main bedroom air-conditioner was making a loud clicking noise every 5 min. When we turned it off it still continued to be noisy and room became hot. We were luck we moved to 2nd bedroom.

The location and view of the lake weee fantastic.

The actual apartment inside was very clean however the two balconies were quite dirty. I realise that there are a lot of insects in the area but it appeared the balconies had not been cleaned for some time. This is constructive criticism and not meant to be offensive and we would certainly stay there again in the future.

check in was extremely difficult and stressful! the address given was not complete. there was no where to actually check in! there were no instructions given by the owner before checking in although when we could finally contact them after an hour and a half he tried to say he had previously emailed which he Definitely hadn’t! there was a door code which we also did not have until the eventual contact! it was very upsetting as we had 2 nights booked and the staff from the other locations close to where we were staying were running around trying to help us. it was very stressful

The view of the lake, plenty of kitchen equipment. Easy close undercover parking, comfortable couches etc

No wifi is a bit rich these days. Evidence of slack cleaning.

Beautiful location , nicely decorated, comfy beds, and everything that was needed plus more! The coffee machine was a bonus. Exactly like the photos! We hope to return sometime soon

Not a dislike, but a little awkward getting in and out of the shower, as you need to stand in the spa bath.

Perfect, quiet location with beautiful view of the lake. Bed was comfortable. A relaxing place to stay.

Minor maintenance that wouldn’t take much effort wasn’t done, light bulb blown, toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Otherwise 10/10
