Quiet neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk into town and a minute from a nice pub (The Fat Pug). Easy parking for two cars. Lovely apartment which was clean and looked freshly decorated with comfortable beds and a good kitchen (including coffee, cooking oil etc).
It was all lovely but there were 4 of us and only comfy seats for 3 in the lounge and the TV is quite low and needs to be angled up a bit, it's ok for background TV, maybe not for all four of us watching a movie, no other problems.

Location was excellent - just minutes away from where our daughter lives. Also brilliant location to Leamington spa shopping area and very central to visit various locations.
There were issues within the apartment, which we have separately e-mailed to the Company

Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very good location. Can easily walk into town centre or drive to local attractions like Warwick Castle.

Peter was very responsive and acted quickly. Apartments were well stocked and comfortable. Ideal for what we wanted and a great location for Leamington Spa.
The storage heaters weren't working at all in apartment two or in the first bedroom of apartment six. Peter moved us from apartment two to apartment 8 due to the lack of heating in apartment two. This was much appreciated. The storage heaters in apartment 6 were also difficult to work or broken. I would return but only if there were portable heaters for each room during the winter.

The location of the property was convenient and easily accessible. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The entertainment section was a great feature, boasting a high-quality smart TV for guests to enjoy.
The tap water has a strong smell resembling that of bleaching powder and the shower handle is not functioning properly, making it challenging to take a shower as the water pressure is low. Also the bedroom and hall felt chilly due to drafts coming from the window.

I thought the apartment was serviced and was expecting it to be cleaned regularly but all the cleaning equiywas provided so I cleaned about once a week

Excellent value. Good location not too far from the town centre. Off road parking was easy to access. Small garden area and quiet car park good for the dog. Flat was quite spacious. Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen decent with tea, coffee, salt/pepper/oil etc and cleaning materials. Towels and shower gel etc supplied. Decent telly.
Everything was a bit basic and 'tired'. It could do with a refresh but I guess that would put the price up. The shower was fine but the bracket was broken so you couldn't stand under it.

The property was in a relatively quiet part of the town but close to a couple of small shops for groceries. It fitted our needs for our Commonwealth games visit

Property was clean and comfortable. It is in a very pleasant and convenient position with good parking and access. We were not disturbed during our stay and would book again if we needed to visit Leamington Spa.

The kitchen cups were dirty the comped biscuits were stale the bath water took long time to go down the place stuck off damp or something when I first went in and when you sit on the sofa you get a smell of urine coming up it was not a nice place to stay at all

Amazing apartment, quite spacious, super clean and providing anything you might possibly need. It is only a 10 minute walk to central Leamington. I would say this was value for money.

The instructions how to get the keys came late and was emailed (got it as spam). The sink in the toliet was partially blocked.
