The only good thing thing about the property is the location - on top of the hill, overlooking the sea. And in close proximity to the sea.

We have faced a number of issues during our stay and would like to complain and DISCOURAGE everyone considering this place for rent. We are also asking the owner to get the deposit money back that was not returned to us under the false accusation. Some facts below: 1. There are two people taking care of the booking / house. The host (daugther) and owner of the house (her mother) seem to have different opinions, requirements and do not agree about the house maintanance rules. 2. We were impacted by this throughout the whole stay but even more dramatically at the check out. Then the host didnt appear at all despite the confirmed meeting and the owner was checking the house with 1 hour delay . We have left the house in the perfect condition, still the owner was claiming false information not willing to give us back the deposit. Instead the owner insulted us by telling us we were horrible guests, accused of using aircon in all rooms 24/7, which was absolutely not true as we turned it off every time we left the house and on most days we were away from morning till evening. She told us that she would pay 3 thousand euros for electricity because of us and that we should give her this money back. As the result - our friends missed their travelling plans, we have almost missed the plane, we were all stressed and kids even crying. Very bad end of beautiful holidays we had. 3. The house had many issues not reported before. The reality was far from what photos show. Some examples: aircon was not not available in. all rented rooms, there was a bad smell in the bathroom area and in one bedroom, there was also a water leakage in one of the air conditioners , one blinder in our kids room was not working - was impossible to sleep there as it was too warm. The owner claiming we demaged it which was again a lie. 4. The owner of the house was entering the house and rooms when we were away. Took rubbish once and put in the garden in front of the tarrace.

The host Katerina is very friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Prepared the dinner for us on arrival evening and gave us a lot of information about the area and good restaurants in the vicinity. The house is huge and suitable to accommodate 20 persons, located on top of the heel with beautiful views towards the see or the green hills behind. It the perfect place for a family and friends reunion in the beautiful area of Lagonisi. We spent a very nice two weeks vacation here and we are already planning the next one.

There were times during the afternoon when the water pressure was low, but we were still able to take a shower.

Great location, very close to the beaches. The host is really nice and we had some amazing food on arrival. The house is really spacious, making it ideal for a large group.

The price became higher than initially expected due to a administration issue from the owner. Not all rooms have aircon so it could be pretty hot when going to bed.
