We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.

Convenient location, great amenities. This was the second year in a row we stayed here. This year was better than last because they added new living room furniture and new beds in two rooms. We’ll look to book again in the future.

We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.

We have stayed at Beach Club for several years. It is in a great location and the pools and facilities are top notch. We have never had an issue until this year. The gate code we were given did not work. We later found out that the wrong code was given to several others. Then we get to our unit and the door code did not work. I checked my emails and we were given 2 different codes....neither worked. I called several times before I finally got a person on the line who was rude....it was 100 degrees and we were standing outside for 20 minutes or more trying to get in. After that, everything was great.

Great location. Clean with no frills. Just what we needed for our spring break!

Check in was easy , location is great, short distance to pool and beach. Our family enjoyed it!

Well maintained, good location, large spacious condo.

Everything was great except that I thought we should have had parking passes provided and an explanation of how parking was for handi-cappped and golf cart.

We loved the Community but I was told there was a tv in one of the bedrooms and yes tv but no cable. We called and asked for help but he came and told us it was on dvd tv, but we had no DVD’s. And some of the tile in master bath came off. Shower door wouldn’t close.

The condo was nice. Very clean. Great location However we stayed in the room with twin beds. Mattresses were horrible. Our guests said the others were lumpy. Could replace mattresses. Other than that beautiful place. Price was right.

I had to ask for check in instructions the afternoon I left to start a 10 day stay at this property. Upon arrival, the code I was emailed for the door was wrong. I called the (closed at 7:30pm) management office, and a voicemail directed me to text. There was no answer. I had to call VRBO, for them to call the company, when, an hour later, I was given a different door code. Upon entering I found the master bath covered in water. I was asked if I could cut the valve to the toilet (no big deal) and a good time to send a plumber in the morning. We agreed on 10am. By the time I got to dinner, no one other than fast food was open. First night wasted.At 8:40am the next morning as I was getting in the shower before running to grab breakfast, the plumbers showed up. After going about their business a bit I was told they had to replace the main plumbing valve and it would be a "major project" involving "cutting walls", and he could not give me a time estimate. He had also already cut water to the unit. For the next 4 hours I had to either get up and open the door every time he or his helper wanted in or out, or leave the propped door open with 35 degree temps so they could come and go. At this point I emailed the management company again updating the issues and asking when I might be able to start the vacation part of my vacation. There was no response. None.The next day I went and got cleaner to disinfect the floor, again a bit miffed at the lack of follow through and follow up from the management company. There were no check out instructions given at any time. After the check out time, I got a form email saying the drive home would be a good time to discuss how my stay was and where they could improve. I sent a curt reply that a better time would have been any time during that week in response to the texts the night of my arrival and the follow up email the next day.I got a phone call from the same person that ended up giving me the door code, that night, during the superbowl, asking me to call. This was 10 days after the issues, after I had left, during the super bowl.I've had issues with other properties and plumbing issues happen. I've never once left a bad review, but I've never had a management company exhibit this lack of attention to basic details. Additional deduct for amenities advertised not available due to covid.The unit itself was as advertised. Could have been an enjoyable stay with basic communiction.

This property was fine, but we wouldn’t stay again without renovations. As others have said, the condo is outdated and has many minor things in need of repair: showers, doors, faucet, lighting. All combined, I wish we would have spent more money to stay in a nicer space. It was clean and the master bed is comfortable. The pool and location to the ocean were great.

The Beach Club met our family’s needs. Convenient location to bike rentals and St. Simon Pier and Beach Shops. Great Beach access as well tennis courts:. We appreciated the location’s view of the ocean from the balcony. Also, a quiet unit.

Very relaxing

While the location and property was wonderful the unit does require not only updating but attention. We had difficulty with the lock but management responded quickly. The master bathroom doorknob is very loose and the towel rack over the tub is pulling away from the wall. The bathroom ceiling and tiles around the shower door need attention. The shower door doesn’t close. One slider in the family room doesn’t lock The guest bedroom with twin beds has poor lighting. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub.

Great location, nice beach access, pools were clean and easy access. Condos are U shaped and ours was an end unit which was made for a great view of ocean and center courts to pool and beach

We will be back!

This was our second year in the same condo. We enjoy Beach Club and for family joining us part of the week, the three bedroom is heads above the others. While this home may not have a new kitchen, it is more than adequate and is comfortable for vacation. The kitchen has everything you need. We pulled in pillows to have enough seating for all while playing games and watching movies in the family room. It was July 2020 and I emailed to ask and was told every amenity was available and internet was strong. However, the pool was only open 9 to 5, not until dusk, and internet was not able to support the online clases I was scheduled to teach. Be prepared with a test run and a backup plan if working remotely. Overall I highly recommend this unit, and will look for it again for our next vacation!

The condo itself was clean and well-stocked. The interior may be considered outdated but it served its purpose. Due to COVID, all amenities were closed, so that meant NO extras included. Internet service is extremely spotty, and with business center closed, there was no way to conduct work. I would check if this is a need while there. Great pool and beach location!

The property was awesome. Our A/C went out and they were quick to get it corrected.. we did have an ant issue but overall everything was great

My family and I have been going to Saint Simons and staying at Beach club for almost 10 years now. In that time we have stayed in 10 different units varying in size, and we can say this was either our #1 or #2! (To be fair, the competing unit was on the 3rd floor so the view was a tad better but that’s the only thing edging it out!) The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room set was very cozy! You can have coffee on the deck with views of the garden and ocean too! You can tell the owners stay here themselves and have loved it - this is not just an investment property! The new pool and pool deck are incredible and it’s a very short walk (through the garden and pool) to a very expansive beach! We worked with lighthouse realty and they were hands down the best rental company I’ve ever used! Very responsive and on top of everything! They let us know as soon as the condo was ready for check in (it was early!) and then checked on us later to make sure we settled in okay. We didn’t have any maintenance or cleaning issues but I’m certain that if we did, they would have been quick to respond. A few hours after our departure I realized I’d left some electronics - I reached out and they got back to me very quickly and also got someone to the condo to find them for us! Never seemed bothered or put out by my forgetfulness either All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we hope to book again next year!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay! And are already looking at the summer plans to book again next summer.

We enjoyed spending time on the balcony, in the pool and at the beach. The property was amazing. The walk to the beach was through a lush garden. We look forward to returning to the island and The Beach Club.

My family and I have stayed at the Beach Club many times and in many different units over the years. This condo - 121 - was very cleaned, nicely decorated, and well-furnished. The kitchen was super - I can't think of any dish or utensil that it didn't have! Obviously furnished as the owner's home...not just a rental. Hope to return to this same condo again - would choose it over others I have stayed in!

This was the first time staying at this location and we loved it!! The rooms were perfect. Kitchen had all that you would need.

I was disappointed after I paid the fee to take my dog that we had to take her back home or move elsewhere. After my daughter took her back home which was a 4 hour drive one way that there were several other pets in the complex. I have stayed here several times in the past and have seen pets. And as I said I paid extra and then this to happen. Other than that we enjoyed everything else.
