Clean ,cosy , comfortable

What an absolute gem. Everything you need, clean and comfortable beds the welcome pack was a massive bonus. The only thing is we wished we booked it for longer. We will be back amazing location. A little home from home

Absolutely lovely location and beautiful accommodation

This was advertised as a "caravan" but is far from it! Exceptionally well equipped ans clean with easy access and beautiful ocean views. The owners of this little beauty should be very proud. We loved the place and fell it is great value. Compact 2 bed and 2 bathrooms/WC. Well equipped citchenvthat any house would be proud of. A nice little touch was the wime and nibbles left for us on arrival. The park backs on to the South Coast Path, which we used to walk into the beautiful little Port town of Brixhan.

Beautiful clean and tidy caravan on an immaculate site. Brixham costal path is breathtaking. The welcome pack is a lovely touch on what can only be described as a perfect stay. Thanks Adam. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer.... we will be back!

Beautiful caravan, very clean and spotless. Hosts are excellent communicators. We had such a lovely time there. Welcoming hot drinks, snacks, and bottle off wine, too, was above and beyond. The caravan has all the necessities needed for homestay. I would recommend this beautiful accommodation to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time away from home. My partner , me, and our two kids had an amazing time. Thank you, Adam, for your hospitality.

Lovely caravan in a beautiful setting. The little extra touches were very welcoming. Hosts are great. We took two young children and they loved it.

I dont have anything bad to say. It was a lovely break.

all good except one thing. details stated dvd player but no longer one in property which was disappointing as we had planned to catch up on some and took some with us

Lovely clean caravan with some nice features. The little things like tea, coffee milk etc and things like hand wash and washing up liquid provided we're a great little help. Would Def go back. Thanks

Caravan was brilliant

Wonderful clean caravan in the perfect location. The owners have thought of everything to make guests welcome and comfortable. Communication was excellent and responses were immediate. Will definitely be returning again when visiting the area.

Lovely clean caravan in a great location with stunning views.

Tried to cook pizzas using the caravan oven one night. unfortunately, the oven isn’t great, it just meant no more cooking during the holiday!! It’s not a dislike, more a suggestion. it states dishwasher on the description, as there isn’t one (other than the daughter!) I’d suggest removing from description.

it was very well equipped and in a great location. it felt really homely and my two grandchildren loved the site and the pool.

There was not much to dislike although not having wifi was not popular with the kids
