Good location. Cold showers but that’s what you need in Iquitos! The room was spacious and had air conditioning.

The wifi barely works which is a bit annoying.

I have never had this occur. the front desk person stole money from me when I paid. it was proven with the video. I accidentally overpaid with a soles and then called to ask to return the extra money. when I called the manager denied it and said that I probably lost the money. he believed the employee. I asked tourist police to watch video. they saw that he took the money and lied about the amount he received. the owner refunded my money and apologized. he said he didn’t know why his employee lied and took money. i felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood and that the front desk person lied. I am sad that it took involving the police. the manager only believed me after the video. I would not trust this place with the current employees.

It's a decent hotel, convenient. We needed to fill one night and it was a good solution. But it lacks common areas.

Common areas to spend time, since rooms are small and some don't have windows.

Simple budget hotel with clean and tidy rooms. Safe and secure. Very handy neighbourhood. Staff are extremely chatty and friendly. A/C units are new and quiet. No problems with water or electricity.

Wifi is very unreliable, but sadly that's a problem city-wide.

Accommodating staff (they even stored our luggage for those three days that we were in the jungle), very good AC, good price in comparison with other accommodations in Iquitos

Some things were broken in the first room we got but the receptionist organized another room for us so no big deal :) Wifi is not exactly working but that applies to everywhere in the city
