موقع الفندق بعيد عن شارع نظامي الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم وليس هناك احترافية في التعامل مع النزيل صنابير المياة جميعها تحتاج الى صيانة لوجود تهريبات مساحة الغرف صغيرة جدا مقارنة بالصور على البوكنق تاخر في احضار الطلبات من قبل الروم سيرفس تجربة حقيقة مخيبة للامال

الدوش ضعيف والافطار يحتاج جودة افضل

The only thing we liked was the nice location.

In genral this hotel does not deserve to be a 5 star hotel: 1- very small lobby. 2- No swimming pool. 3- Old curtains and furniture. 4- Dirty old carpets 5- Bad room cleaning service. 6- poor breakfast. 7- The main restuarant is only for breakfast, In other times you have to go to the small roof top bar and restaurant, using stairs to reach the roof.

The staff are very helpful and great. The hotel is amazing and like your home. The location is right in boulevard and old city. The breakfast is rich and variety of food selection.

Room needs some minor maintenance. I would add an automatic latte/cappuccino machine for additional breakfast coffee options.

Breakfast is good but the but the space is a bit small..might get crowded at peak times But the roof top lounge is absolutely brilliant..amazing view of the entire boulevard and even see the sunrise from the roof top. Location is simply amazing. You can go by walking to all the major attractions

1-staff dealing. 2-hotel was not busy and so quite.

1-our room was too small. 2-bathroom shower and door lock handle not working probably it should be change before we arrive. 3-beakfast menu is limited if should be contain variety type of most common dishes. 4-there is difficulty for driver to get parking near the hotel !!! 5-when i book the room throw the app they ask compulsory to pay in advance but when i reach to hotel they ask to pay there which i dont like.

Отличное месторасположение, хороший вид из окна, тихие номера, очень приветливый персонал в отеле. Удобные кровати. На крыше есть бар с потрясающим видом, в котором вкусные блюда и напитки (хотя и ограниченный выбор, так как к вечеру многого не было в наличии).

Номер чистый, но видны застиранные пятна на ковре на полу, шторы с царапинами, дырки на обивки кроватей, некоторые крепления сломаны, поцарапанные ящики у стола, невозможность настройки кондиционера с точки зрения температуры. Трансфер из отеля стоит сильно дороже, чем если бронировать через booking.

The location is great, close to Old Town and Neftciler Boulevard. I saw a couple of negative comments on breakfast but I think it is fair enough, the only downside about breakfast is where they serve it. They put everything in a small room with low light. Personel is helpful and kind, they offered to upgrade my room.

The floor carpets in the room have quite big dirty spots and look awful, they need deep cleaning.

Superb staff, very nice facilities, excellent location to explore the old city, Nizami street, Bolevard, Flames tower. Excellent roof top retaurant!

The night front desk staff were unable to use credit card machine. No itemized report was offered or given. English was spoken by only the manager and others required translation.

Location was good as it was easy accessible to Baku old city and nearby location.

Room service is not upto the quality and you could find dirt all the over the place inside room. They don't change bedding and doesn't clean properly the room.
