Preciosa, calle bastante frondosa. Muy tranquila ubicación a diferencia de bloques de unidades, escuchar a los pájaros, no a los vecinos.

Precioso patio apartado. El sofá cama en la sala de estar se convierte en una cama tamaño queen para un tercer ocupante o 2 niños (reserve para 3 personas si este es el caso).
El apartamento está junto a la casa principal, pero tiene entrada independiente y no tiene ningún espacio común. Las áreas de invitados son sala de estar separada, cocina / comedor, dormitorio y baño / lavandería.
El estacionamiento está disponible justo en frente del apartamento.
Nuestro apartamento se encuentra a pasos del hermoso Kings Park, que ofrece muchas actividades para que disfrutes, como cine al aire libre por la noche, conciertos, recorridos en Segway, paseos guiados gratuitos, exposiciones fotográficas y más. We loved the location close to Kings park & Subiaco shops, convenient and very comfortable

I stayed in Chris and Rachel's apartment for 3 weeks, and it was perfect. We had a few hot days during that time frame, and the air conditioning unit in the kitchen kept up with the heat. The washing machine came in handy, and the air drying on the side line was very convenient.
So much storage room in the bedroom, and the mattress was very comfortable.
The area is very close to the hospitals, Kings Park and UWA. Very quiet and very walkable. I would stay here again, for all of these reasons, and for the great hospitality that Rachel and Chris showed me.

Overall this is a great place. Excellent place, close to shops and close to everything (Kings Park, train, Subiaco). We had family staying at Chris' place and it was great having them so close and them still having the ability to do what they want to do by being so close to the train. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in this property before and happily returned for a longer stay while we waited for our new apartment to be completed. It was ideal for us with family in the area, near shops, the large hospital complex nearby and a wonderful host and family making us feel really at home. Thank you Chris and Rachael!

Great location, Clean and tidy but wasn't happy with toilet as could not sit straight on had to sit side ways shower screen in the way and also it was split level which wasn't advertised and not ideal for elderly people.

Perfect
Not only are the owners lovely people to deal with, their Unit was perfect for our needs. Whilst having a sick relative in Hospital we could not have asked for better accommodation. Clean, tidy and convenient.
