Fitness opens 24 hours. Nice swimming pool. Nice bed and room setting.

Very noisy. I heard showering noise from the next room and noise of the other guests at the walking way in front of my room.

Location is good as it is near to the Mall and other restaurants.

The breakfast is very limited and the quality of the food is not great.

Loved the included breakfast, had a great variety for a vegetarian ☺️

The room is clean, toiletries are good, usb port power supply, water is hot enough, shower water pressure is good, corridor is clean and no bad smell, grab car can park just outside the hotel doors, a small cafe in 2 minutes walking distance, a small night food market nearby and many food stalls, mini big c, another direction towards Maya has 7-11, small restaurants of Japanese, and chinese ...

Pillows quality is a problem to me, too fluffy, i mean thick,hmmm, the toilet cover will not cover automatically slowly as expected, but only keep to a half way down position, i have to press it down by myself.

Glass water complimentary drinks, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body butter are great basic amenities. Staffs are very helpful even when we need to organize trip to other city. Food also good!

Minimalis minibar without coffee and even the tea bag they didn’t care enough on second day we stay, no tootbrush, no comb, no shaving kit, no slippery.

Good location, friendly and good staff

For the duration of our stay we were out of our rooms early in the morning. Despite this housekeeping was coming to clean our room pretty late. First time they came at 3pm so we had to leave. The other 2-3 days they were coming at 5pm after our long day so we couldn’t have it cleaned. Mediocre but okay breakfast (definitely not worth the price)

clean room with very comfortable bed, rain shower was warm and relaxing. 10 min walk to Maya Mall & Niman area but best to hire a car or rent a bike to make moving around more accessible.

Breakfast is largely aimed for Asians with a large amount of choice but for westerners don’t expect a big fry-up, no bacon or sausages but they do have fried eggs / omelette, toast & fresh espresso.
