It was extremely clean and fabulously decorated. My large family was extremely comfortable with our condo and the washer and dryer was an extra perk! We will be staying here from now on whenever we vacation to the coast!
The only negative thing I have to say is that the pool was not heated at all.

It was in a great location and clean. The pool was awesome, but a little cold.

The pool was very nice, lovely landscaping. Nice location. Not on the beach but a couple of miles away.
Could have improved lighting w lamp in den and another lamp in bedroom. Also a glass door like the other condos for more natural lighting.
A better mattress so you don’t feel every time the other person moves. Seemed pricey for the accommodations.

Nice building and spacious apartment.
The apartment was very dirty. One of the toilets wasn’t working. Barely any supplies provided (i.e. paper towel, trash bags, detergent).

Staff was apologetic and agreed to waive the charge for first night, to waive the cleaning fee, and to reimburse for cleaning supplies.
The condo was a complete disaster when we arrived. There were bags of garbage, and it was filthy. My family spent hours shopping for cleaning supplies, removing trash, washing sheets and blankets, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and surfaces throughout the condo. Staff eventually responded with clean sheets and towels and an offer to clean. They made the beds.
