The condo was perfect for our vacation. Great location and very clean.

We had an AMAZING time here. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient!! There are several place to walk to eat from the condo. The ice cream shop with the mini golf has THE BEST strawberry ice cream!!!!! We will definitely be back here booking with Joyce!!!

We love the location being so close to the beach and what the condo offered to our family! We really liked the keyless entry and not having to carry a key around. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in Joyce’s condo! It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. Located right across the road from a beach entrance and very convenient to anywhere we needed to go. We would definitely love to stay here again!

My son and I really enjoyed the condo. The space was really clean, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchen was also really well stocked with appliances if needed. We would stay again!

We stayed in Joyce’s condo because our friends got married directly across the street, It was cozy and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend, and the restaurants next door were amazing.

I absolutely love fort walton and this property is very close to my favorite restaurants, next door actually, and is right across a crosswalk to the beach. Minimal traffic and very easy access. The property itself was great, only concern was loud water pipes the first night which stopped after that. Super easy access and comfortable home away from home.

Condo sits off the main road on the Island, easy to get to and close to the beach and bridge. The walk to the beach is doable, but you most likely would need to drive to boardwalk or any eateries along the beach. You get a slight view of the gulf between the taller condo resorts in front of you. They supplied everything needed for a day at the beach including beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, swim toys as well as all the dishes and kitchen supplies you could want or need along with any cleaning supplies and household items. No washer/dryer which was my fault for not checking, 8 days (most of those in a softball tournament) we definitely needed that but made due with the laundromat a couple miles away. Very clean, nice balcony with furniture. 2 full bedrooms one full and one half bath. TV in one of the bedrooms. large fold out couch in living room with 1 rocking chair. Lots of bar space.

Our family took a 2 week vacation in the Smoky Mountains and this was a perfect way to wrap up vacation before heading home to Houston. The location is extremely convenient with beach access across the street! FWB is far less crowded than Destin or Pensacola and is the perfect pace for our family… The condo was very well kept and it was surprisingly quiet at night. We had a great time and hope to return!

Clearly beach. The interior was lovely and inviting. The restaurant next door was awesome as was the beach location.

We were down for the Mark of Excellence dance nationals & Joyce's place was the absolutely perfect place to stay. It was close to the convention center, exactly as pictured in her listing & she was super quick to respond to all my questions. We weren't able to enjoy the beach during our quick stay, but the condo was stocked with all the equipment you would need for a great day in the sand. Only disappointment is that her calendar isn't open far enough for me to book it yet for next year! #10outof10wouldrecommend

This condo is very clean with beach decor in every room. It was the perfect place for my family. The unit even has extra amenities ie: beach items, books, games etc. The beach is walking distance.

What a great property amd an amazing experience! We enjoyed our stay immensely a d plan to visit again in the future. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted for our vacation. The property was clean, close to so many wonderful restaurants, and had so many wonderful supplies! They had games, beach umbrellas, and all the necessities required for a great stay!

Very cute and very clean. All the details have been thought of to make your stay an enjoyable one, from items available to beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Joyce was quick to respond to communications and provided great details on access to property and beach. Property was as described and shown in pictures. Street is busy during the day and evening but easy to cross. Beach access within minutes to sugar sand and coastal blue waters. We would/will stay again.

The condo we stayed at was beautiful and located right across the street from the beach. Very clean! The only downfall of this condo is it did not have a washer and dryer in the unit, other than that it was great!

The inside was great. Some of the others condos looked a little rough on the exterior. The entire condo was well stocked for anything you need. Would prefer a few more cable channels, but it was a nice cozy property.

Perfect little get away to spend in the warm weather to get prepared for the year. I parked my car and barely used it after that. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, boardwalk, shopping, beach(directly across the street). More low key than Destin and just a short drive away. Thanks for everything. All the way from Germany to our favorite place. We love this condo!! I think the location is perfect and the host is amazing! It’s clean, cozy and a very easy walk to the beach! She has beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet and even some toys for the kiddos. It has a nice beach condo feel and you have a balcony which I love!! Highly recommend! This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here on our next visit to FWB. Book it now!
