Best Lake Keowee Views and Private Boat Dock!
Hermosa casa frente al lago Lago Keowee con vistas "grandes aguas". Ubicado en un acre de jardines que le permiten disfrutar de su familia, amigos o simplemente un momento tranquilo. Our stay at the lake house was a perfect getaway. The property is beautifully maintained with breathtaking views of the lake. The house itself is spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area, including the private dock and fire pit, was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the serene environment. I can't recommend this lake house highly enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This home is absolutely amazing! The house is huge and super clean. The view is beautiful and the lake was so fun to swim in. We played a lot of ping pong too. Perfect weekend for celebrating my birthday and close enough to Clemson that we were able to get our son moved in. Best weekend of our summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The inside was immaculately cleaned, felt recently refreshed, and very spacious. There is a great view of the lake from the living room and back porch. The property is large with a nice size yard. The slope down to the lake is gentle. Private dock was nice and the private beech was even better. Even if the lake is up and all the sand is covered it is a great place to swim and play. The dock protects the area and is nice to swim and play off of. We rented a boat and used the dock. You are close to the marina and several islands as well. If you want to use the kayaks there is an island about 100 yards from the property. Family lived staying here and would stay again.

This was our third time staying at this property. Every year the owners have made improvements to make it even more enjoyable. Excellent communication and we love coming here. The property is amazing and it's close to everything we need. Highly recommend!!!! We will be back!

Our family of 3 adults, 5 kids (5-16), and two dogs once again were sad to leave this amazing property. The kids loved jumping off the dock, playing in the shallow water, using kayaks and canoes, playing ping pong, having s’mores, catching fireflies, and tubing on rented boat kept on property. The adults loved the breathtaking views of the lake and all the extras provided (soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, doggy bags, etc). The dogs loved exploring the property and playing in the water. This property is easy to get to, well kept, close to lots of grocery stores, and restaurants, and beautiful. Thank you so much, hope to get back soon.

House is exactly as described and depicted. Perfect for families and kids.
There is a sandy beach the first 10' from the shoreline with an awesome set of granite stone steps to get in/out of the water. Our littles loved playing here when we were not on the boat.
The dock has been upgraded since the pictures in the listing. It's covered and has two jetski spots and a lift. The lift is inoperable and essentially prevents you from parking your boat under the cover. We arrived on a friday and were amazed at how close all the boaters got to the dock. We launched on Saturday and kept our boat tied up to the side. It's a ski boat so the rub rail worked great with the rub bars on the dock and we added fenders.
The neighbors have an elderly dog, please be respectful of their space and ensure your dog(s) do not chase their dogs.
Nice quiet area, not for loud party people. We will be back.
if towing, be careful using the driveway. it's got a loop but is very tight. we JUST fit our older ski Nautique twin axle trailer through it. A larger boat would not be capable of making it through w/o hitting bushes/trees/sprinklers (on metal poles). There are two cul-de-sacs. The one the house is on is too small to turn around with a trailer. We used the T for the second cul-de-sac to turn around by backing the trailer into it then turning the truck.

The location of this property is great, the problem is that the owner has put some lipstick on a pig. The house needs a really good deep clean, it is just not up to standard for the price you are paying. I wish I could add Photos to prove the point. There is a downstairs porch that was covered in debris..... The owners response was that he was going to buy a blower so the renter could take care of it surely the house should be left in a decent state before check in as you can only check in after 4pm. We actually checked out early as did not want to stay any longer.

We were down at Clemson for the college graduation of our daughter. The home was beautiful and comfortable. On a well maintained property right on Lake Keowee with fantastic lake views. The home was comfortable and well maintained. Everything that you will need for a family trip.

VERY convenient for Clemson games! Beautiful views of Lake Keowee. House has plenty of room for family/friends gatherings. We went in the Fall but a Summer visit may be in order!

The home was extremely clean, the hosts were delightful and helpful & provided everything to make your stay very comfortable. But....the views, the lake, the backyard park like setting was out of this world beautiful, relaxing and just a little slice of heaven!! We will be back and will bring others this time as this home is huge and can easily accommodate friends and family!!

Had a great time, was able to bring our golden retriever, rented a pontoon boat, had easy access to the water, had a fire down by the water and was able just relax and float and watch the sunset. The grill seemed brand new and worked great for the daily cookouts.

The lake views are amazing right on a large cove. The lake traffic can be high at times causing the dock to rock but that’s lake life. We enjoyed this property so much. The dock has been upgraded since the photos in the listing. It’s covered now and that’s where we spent most of our time. Trees on the property provide a nice shade and privacy. The home has been nicely furnished and decorated. The down stairs has a separate laundry room and kitchenette. We would definitely stay here again. The photos do not do the property justice. Mike was prompt when I needed to reach out at checkin.

Nice view and dock if you have a boat. Lots of boat traffic. Updates that present owner has done are very nice. However the kitchen needs to be redone. Upstairs/main bedroom is very dark and house smells a lot like mildew/moisture. So being outside is good.

Wonderful
My family and I rented this house to celebrate my mom's birthday. The age range in our group was 8-70 years old. We all LOVED our stay here and made memories that we will cherish forever! The house was clean and conveniently located with plenty of room for our group of 9 people and 1 dog. It is situated on a wooded 1 acre lot which provided ample shade for outdoor enjoyment. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all enjoyed exploring Lake Keowee in the kayaks (3) and canoe that were provided. We loved relaxing on the porches during the day and sitting by the fire pit at night. The sunsets from the boat dock were breathtaking. This property is a little slice of heaven and we hope to return soon! Mike and Janet were wonderful hosts.

Lakehouse Vacation
The house was just as described, with everything in good working order. The lake views from the back deck were very relaxing. Should you plan on bringing a boat, it's important to understand that due to the location, this is a high traffic area for boats which can make swimming or just hanging out in the water on a float a bit tricky. Also, plan on bringing extra buoys and ropes for safely securing your boat to the dock.

Beautiful home, amazing location
The location was perfect for my family’s weekend getaway! The views from the deck are beautiful and the home is well maintained. The dock is updated and better than pictured. We were able to easily dock our boat and launch our paddle boards. There are drop in stairs on the deck which made it easy to get in and out of the water when swimming around. I highly recommend staying here! We will certainly be returning!

Lovely Location
Beautiful 180 degree view of the lake from the property with sunrises and sunsets. Family friendly with lots of activities available from swimming, kayaking, canoeing, swings, fire pit, outdoor cooking and dining areas, and a very large lot with varied plants. We did not rent or have a boat and so did not take full advantage of the new dock. The large property is also fairly private and somewhat hidden at the end of a street. While you feel miles away from "civilization", it is only a short drive to groceries, places to eat and beautiful places to hike and explore.

Great Fall break
Renting is very easy, the location is spectacular, right on the lake to really enjoy the life. Lots of spiders everywhere outside. Housekeeper who cleans, needs to clean better. Place needs a good deep clean. Under couches etc. I got a broom and swept both outside and inside. Overall it’s a nice property with lots of space and I appreciated the opportunity to rent.

Nice Place
Nice property on the lake with great water access and views. The availability of kayaks, a canoe, and other 'toys' was a welcome addition (ping pong, shuffleboard, board games, etc.) Great for kids. Gentle sloping lot to the lake. The house was older but the owner is doing a nice job of renovation, with upgraded bathrooms, new flooring, etc. Enjoyed the stay, our 6 y/o boy said he did not want to leave when it was time to go!
Owners were great communicators, always responding promptly.

Great Family Place
Mike and Janet are excellent owners and were very easy to work with as we had to make a couple updates along the way with our reservation. We spent 10 days with family and our dog and had a great time. The pictures don't full capture how nice the property is and much room is in the house. There is a nice cove just around the corner that were perfect for the kayaks and canoe that are on site. The large deck has great views of the lake and is perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a relaxing dinner outside. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing long lake weekend
We were very pleased with the location and layout of the property and feel it was as represented in the description. Communication with the owner was excellent. Many items were readily available such as paper products and Keurig coffee Kups.
Areas that could be improved were related to housekeeping such as dirty oven, smelly dishwasher, broken storm door on entrance, no propane on gas grills. dirt, debri and spider webs on lower patio, missing light bulbs, none of which prevented our having a good time.

Nice stay on keowee
We had a good time here. Brought our dog. House is pet friendly but previous guests didn't clean up after their dog leading to so frustrations for us....not the owners fault though. Also the house is on a busy point in the lake and people drive their boats way too close to the dock at times leaving some massive wakes and lots of shaking of the dock.
The house had plenty of room. Large yard for the kids and mostly flat which isn't always a given on Keowee. Ping pong table was a nice bonus. Large deck is nice and we used the grill as well. Lots of sitting areas and places for everyone to watch their own things for a break. Large kitchen and pantry.
Overall an enjoyable stay.

What an incredible experience! The house is absolutely wonderful. Incredibly clean and plenty of space! The extra TVs were a plus with our big family! The personal beach and lake were the reason we came and it did not disappoint! It was what we were looking for and so much more!

Another amazing vacation and trip to this Lake Keowee house
Beautiful house, perfect location, new dock is outstanding, and the old dock is good for hanging out and docking rental pontoon overnight, good location for fire pit right on the water, plenty of things for kids in house, wi-fi, streaming services, games, movies, etc. We will be back in the future.
