Fortune was very friendly and always helpful.

The so called owner of the place is VERY COLD . Towels and linen were not changed and we stayed there for 5 days. Fortune is literally running the place alone.

access gate was not working had to push in the rain and at night DStv only one channel plays without interruption shower to small and messy after u have a shower toilet not flushing properly tiles too cold especially now for winter

The property is not as it seems on the pictures. It is not well maintained The water was not hot at the time we needed it. We struggled to enter the property because we were locked out and not provided the correct keys. The wardrobes in the room have mould on them we couldn’t even hang our clothes. The outside lights were not on it was just dark as if there was load shedding in the area whereas there wasn’t

The place was neat and the staff was very welcoming. Di always has a smile on her face.

Towels not replaced with fresh clean towels. Need to fix shower head. 🚿 sometimes water was cold

Accommodation had aircon as mentioned in their description and the lady (Dineo) that showed us to our room was friendly and helpful.

Accommodation was not beachfront as mentioned in description, walls were looking unmaintained, as well as a loose cable running across the floor was loose and the door frame area is unmaintained. Their pool looked good in the photos but on arrival we saw it was dirty and not being cleaned regularly. There were also lights that were not working for example the bathroom.
