Property was as expected. Property management staff was responsive. Location was great for us.
If you have an issue with stairs then reconsider this property. There are a full flight of stairs from garage to main. Full flight from main to bedrooms and another full flight to loft bedroom. Gets hot up top in the summer.

Surprised my family and took them snowboarding for Christmas. This condo was perfect location to everything Pagosa. Check in process was amazing, thanks to the awesome owners, The Brownes. Jim was super helpful and the set up was perfect for our kids. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well equipped, nicely furnished, and very clean. And only a short drive to downtown Pagosa. Our only complaint was the HVAC. The level with the bedrooms was quite hot and did not get cooled well by the house's HVAC. And it was warm enough outside that opening the windows did not help. Also, the property manager was non-responsive via email when we requested to check in earlier than 4p.

We had such a great time staying in this condo! It was perfect for our family. We love Pagosa Springs and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. The decor is fun, the layout is fantastic and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you may need.

My adult son and I with our two dogs had a lovely stay in this townhome. We worked remotely during the week and each had our space...he set up in loft area and I used little desk on the main floor next to the gas fireplace! We skiied Wolf Creek on the weekends. Kitchen was super well stocked with everything needed and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was really nice having a car port and a garage so the vehicle was protected from all the snow. Close to City Market and Higher Grounds Coffee shop as well as several restaurants. Nice and quiet area yet super convenient to get into town for walks along the San Juan River as well as the mountain for skiing. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back next year for more CO beauty.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Pagosa! The condo had everything we needed and more! It was close to downtown for shopping, the hot springs, as well as Wolf Creek. We look forward to hopefully coming back again!!

Our family of 3 and our sweet pups enjoyed our stay at this cute townhome. The location is ideal as you can walk to a shopping center nearby and grab a coffee or pizza. The townhouse is very spacious with plenty of room and they have literally everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. We highly recommend!!

This is one of those places.

Although we drove across the country only for a wedding, our stay here was so nice that it's tempting to use this place as an excuse to come back for a week of relaxation, even though we have no events in the area.
This condo was pristine, super well laid-out, was more than we could ever have needed or thought to need, and the best part was its location.
I loved taking the dogs for walks to the recreational center next door,
which is straight out the front door in the big open field that was perfectly manicured.
I loved seeing the hot air balloons take off every single morning during the weekdays, I loved walking next door to Higher Grounds to get coffee and breakfast, and this condo is literally just a few minutes away from the main drag of downtown Pagosa Springs.
A wonderful stay, indeed!

NOTE: Just a small word of caution if traveling with dogs (but nothing to get super worked up about) is that the very nice neighbor next door does often leave her dog out (leashless) in the common front yard area.
The dog (a beautiful German Shepherd named "Cloudy") is very nice; but if your dog is a jerk (as is one of mine), your dog might not enjoy being approached when her pooch comes over to say hello.
To her credit, the neighbor does bring her dog inside when she notices you walking your dog/s.

The property and location are excellent; well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. The only reservation for people with mobility challenges is the number of stairs you have to climb from the garage to the first floor and to the second floor. The location is excellent away from the busy downtown, quiet and within walking distance of a great cafe. We loved it!

Our favorite EVER!
This townhome made our trip perfect! We traveled to Pagosa on spring break to ski Wolf Creek. We've stayed in other rentals before in Colorado and New Mexico, while skiing, and this was hands down our favorite. I can't count the times I said "this place is perfect" to others in our group. I want to share some of things that stood out to our family.
We had access to the oversized garage that was large enough to accomodate our Ford Expedition with the hitch rack attached. This allowed us to load and unload inside out of the cold and snow. The first floor had a cozy living room with gas fire place, dining area for 8, and small but well stocked kitchen. There were cute baskets that we could store snacks, a small pantry that contained all of the spices and staples you could need, extra coffee supplies/sweetners, and standard refrigerated condiments. The 2nd floor was home to 2 bedrooms that were outfitted with comy beds, TV's, and bath robes. The 3rd floor loft was deemed the "sorority house" for our girls and their friends.
There was a coffee shop within walking distance that was a huge hit with the girls and the pizza from Rosie's was delicious and made our arrival day much easier. We can't wait to go back next year!

This place is perfect! Such a great centralized launching point to all of the gorgeous natural wonders in the surrounding area. Super patio to watch the sunsets from, and the condo is beautifully decorated with every amenity you would ever need - very thoughtful owners and easy to communicate with too. This was my second stay, and I know we will be back again! A couple of tips: Treasure Falls is very close and an easy hike. Piedra falls are a bit further, but well worth the visit. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Of course, we love the hot springs resort too. Lastly, if you are an early bird like me, take the short walk over to the tennis court area around 8am, and you can see the hot air balloons take off almost every morning (not winter). What a spectacular sight! Lastly, we are from Houston where there are lots of great restaurants. Two standouts were Old Miners and Pagosa Thai. The Thai place is a very easy walk from the condo, and it is seriously some of the best Thai we’ve ever had!

Adorable condo that was clean and very comfortable. Convenient location (you could walk to the grocery store/liquor store if you wanted) with friendly neighbors. I loved that I could bring our dog with us to stay here. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the twin beds upstairs are so cheap that the frames are loose and they squeak whenever you move in the bed. My kids (they're small for their ages so it wasn't a weight thing) weren't able to sleep on them because of this so we had to buy a blow up mattress for them to sleep on while we were there.

The condo was exactly as pictured and exquisite in person. Vacasa was awesome to work with. A couple of minor issues, one of which was our fault, they were easily accessible even at odd hours. Will definitely book thru Vacasa agin. If you are looking at this exact condo, BOOK IT!

This was my first trip to Pagosa Springs! What a beautiful area. The hot springs was a huge hit, the cute downtown area was very nice! Wolf Creek Ski area and Durango are only 30 mins away. There is a nice coffee shop, Higher Grounds, within walking distance as well as many places to eat!

Great Pagosa Condo!
This was our second time staying here for Thanksgiving -- it fit our family perfectly and was so clean! Perfect location in walking distance of many highlights (Pagosa Brewery, Coffee shop, grocery store, etc.) with beautiful views. Very clean. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great property for families!
Fantastic place! We unfortunately had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, yet we couldn't have asked for a better place to be stuck for an extra few days! The multilevels of the condo allow for great privacy throughout.

Comfydog friendly Mountain Condo convenient to everything in Pagosa Springs
My husband and I, and another couple and their dog stayed here in late June 2017. The condo was well appointed, all linens and bedding were nice. Loved the large deck with BBQ grill. Kitchen stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook. Would definitely stay again.
