Situado 4. 5 kilometros de playas, a 800 m del centro de la ciudad con sus tiendas, su supermercado, cine, canchas de tenis, y su mercado todos los días en verano. 4 habitaciones (3 con cama de matrimonio y 1 con 2 camas individuales), una con cuarto de baño; 1 cuarto de baño con bañera. Mezzanine que sirve sala de juegos (futbolín, flipper, dardos, billar). Sala de estar (sofá de cuero) comedor de 60 m2, cocina (20 m2) totalmente equipada y despensa. piscina de madera de 50 por 8. 4. 50 m de profundidad y 30 m de longitud 1. (climatizada de junio a septiembre) y seguro con ducha al aire libre. Parque infantil, tenis de mesa, cama elástica 3. 60m totalmente seguro, balançoire..le en una parcela de 1.000 m2. Muy tranquilo y sin vecinos. Todas las paredes y tabiques son de madera maciza que garantiza un excelente confort térmico y acústico en verano e invierno. We had a great holiday in Les Mathes. We had our two dogs with us and the garden was excellent for them. Great size, secure and nice and shady. We loved going to La Palmyre which is only 5 mins away in the car. It was a shame there was no restaurants in walking distance but lots of choice in La Palmyre which we loved. The house is very roomy and Cedric and Eva were super helpful. We had a couple of days where we weren’t able to use the pool but they sorted as quickly as possible and communication was excellent!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very well equipped. My son's especially liked the games room. Loads of space for everyone, it was so comfortable we had to drag ourselves out to the beach. Cedric was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un super week end. Ambiance chaleureuse dans cette superbe maison. La salle de jeu est top pour les petits comme les plus grands ! Cédric est très sympa, disponible et accomodant. On reviendra 😊

Really enjoyed the villa and Mathes area, all had a lovely time, however the villa is getting a bit tired and does need some attention to remain in the price range it charges.

We had a great time at this house - lots of things to do for the children both inside and out (we didn't hear or see them for three days!), superbly equipped kitchen, lovely area with beautiful beaches nearby.

We have just returned for a wonderful weeks stay at this beautiful villa in Les Mathes.
There was more than enough space for a family of 10, with everything you could possibly need and more. The games room upstairs was great fun and kept us all occupied, especially on those rainy days. The pool was big and very clean and we used it every day without fail. The villa is well equipped with things for the children to do - we played with lego, boardgames and mostly all the outdoor equipment - the huge trampoline, swings and the treehouse were a big bonus for the kids!
The area itself had lots to offer, we had a fabulous day at the Zoo, Youpiland, mini golf and plenty of lovely beaches to visit.
Mr Archer was very welcoming and showed us how to use everything around the villa. He was even kind enough to post back something we had left behind.
Thank you very much for a great holiday home! We would love to come back again!

We loved the town and walked to shop at the market each day. There was a wonderful Friday evening market, where we ate local produce with live music, with all the community.
The house was well placed for visiting beautiful beaches, but some roads to the coast were busy at the weekend. We enjoyed the beach at La Coubre with its cafe/restaurant and cool woods for picnicking. We also liked the busier beach at St Palais-sur-Mer and the nearby sea-food restaurant of La Floundre. The zoo was a great hit with our grandson.
The house was very well equipped for a large party of guests. Our 2 families of 5 (4 adults + 1 toddler) used the space well and we appreciated the shady garden for the baby - we took our own paddling pool for him, whilst we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool which was great in temperatures of 30C+.
The house did get extremely hot, so the table on the decking was always in use for meals. The fan kept the main room cooler, but the bedrooms were difficult to keep cool during a very hot week.
The proprietor was in close contact when needed and replied quickly to questions and requests.
Many thanks for a great holiday. I'd definitely recommend this property to families looking for something, within a short drive of good beaches.

We had a wonderful holiday in this very comfortable, spacious house. Weather wasn't perfect but we still made good use of the outside space and lovely heated pool. The games room was great fun! The house is in a perfect location for access to the coast with lots of places to visit. In a quiet neighbourhood but conveniently close to local shops and cycle hire. Friendly and helpful owner. We would highly recommend a holiday here.

The house - very spacious, large rooms and a great living room with high ceiling. Great kitchen with all the equipment you need and many plates, dishes etc.
The facilities - just excellent. A game/recreation floor with pinball machine, excercise equipment, table football and piano. In the living room a beamer for full screen video/dvd including wifi surround sound system
The garden - large with swimming pool, nice garden, table tennis, swing and a trea house
The surroundings - very nice villa area close the forrest, the beach and a supermarket. Bike rental close by
The house owner - Mr Archer was a very helpful and great host. Easily reachable and responsive. Made us feel very welcome.
Although the weather was not very good we still had a great holiday because of the house. Greatly recommended!

We had such a good time in our week here! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is really spacious and well equipped, with a reliable fast internet connection and games and toys for children and adults of all ages! The garden is spacious and also contains many things to keep you entertained: ping pong; tree house; see saw; trampoline; pool... I highly recommend a stay here.
