Gostamos bastante da cama e do facto de terem posto o berço e a cadeira de alimentação para a nossa filha. Em questão de utensílios de cozinha até estava bem equipada para as nossas necessidades, sugiro que disponham pelo menos de um agarra, porque por exemplo nas saladas assim como para grelhar carne tivemos de recorrer ao garfo. É um apartamento muito prático tem todas as funcionalidades para desfrutar de uns dias de descanso. Adoramos a senhora que ia fazer a limpeza de manhã ao edifício e aos outros apartamentos era extremamente simpática e estava constantemente a questionar se precisávamos de alguma coisa, soube nos acolher muito bem. .

A TV podia ser um pouco maior. A banca era muito pequena e ao lavar a louça batíamos no cilindro. O facto de não haver elevador, pelo que vi nos comentários estavam a pensar em pôr, sinceramente era uma mais valia. A esfregona no armário da limpeza cheirava um pouco a abafada. Do resto acho que estava tudo bem.

Nos tocó un apartamento sin reformar, la caldera goteaba, el espejo del baño estaba roto y arreglado con cinta y la bañera tenía varios desconchones oxidados. Deberían cuidar más esos detalles.

Extremely well located place. Roomy and bright, an excellent accommodation for a weekend break!

Bathroom although spacious is not modern. It didn't bother us, but it's a fact.

The location is perfect for the beach. The apartment is functional and perfect for a one night stay. It had a kitchen but we didn't use it. But it seemed well equipped. Lots of cafes and restaurants very near as well as the beach

There are lots of stairs, especially for 3rd and 4th floors so not suitable for someone who can't climb stairs easily or very difficult if you have lots of luggage. There was an event on the harbour in front of the apartments so can be quite noisy. It wasn't a problem for us. The thing that was a problem was the hot water. We weren't told it was a water heater so did not plug this in on arrival so there was no hot water when we came to get a shower. This should have been part of the check in information. There's also not very much parking near the apartments and it was busy because of an Aqua Bike event so was always a challenge to get parked.

good for a short stay, if you do not mind to walk up 3 floors

no instructions on appliances ( we had loss of the power) high 3rd floor, not for everyone

Great view out to the lake (barrinha). Right in front of where a nice walk/cycle path starts. Very clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby some with take-away. Small super markets, cafes and a self-service laudromat are close as well. There is a beach close by.

No washing machine, the self-service laudromat close by is not expensive considering the size of the machines but if you don't have that much clothes it ends up being expensive.
