Property was just as described and as pictures showed. Easy entry and checkout. Great view of the lake in the backyard. Plenty of towels and supplies. Very well kept. Very nice neighborhood.

We went as a group of 7 to go to the Burial Chambers (Halloween events). The house is well kept and right on the lake, next to the boat launch. It’s a beautiful location and quiet. We would love to come back in the summer. Highly recommend.

In town for an event at the Expo center just down the road. Perfect place to use as a “home base”, fantastic lake view, in good condition, and well kept. The single inaccuracy in the listing is a jetted tub; it’s a garden tub but not jetted. Minor, and I will not let it stop me from staying here again….!

My family of 4 adults was in town for the weekend and this place worked out well for us. It was simple and clean and comfortable and watching the sun rise over the lake in the morning was wonderful.

Wonderful views of the water. This house has everything you would need. If you are looking for a new home with state of the art, this would not be a good fit. Although it is well equipped it is very dated. So if this would be a disappointment for you look elsewhere. We stayed with three generations and it was great. My mother-in-law loved it and said she would come back. Owner is very accommodating and we had great communication. Hope this was helpful.

This house on the lake is clean, well-stocked, and has three comfortable beds. We enjoyed looking at the 10 mile lake through the large windows, but couldn’t sit in the backyard that overlooks the lake because there are too many geese droppings. So, we spent our outdoor times at a beautiful lake view park in Neenah two miles away from the house. The park has a walking path with the lake on one side and beautiful old homes on the other side. A few blocks from this park is a marina and river walk park with a library and amphitheater. During the summer months there are concerts and food trucks on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00. This downtown upscale park and neighborhood is safe and very nice! There are no restaurants with outdoor lake view patios on Lake Winnebago, so we drove 10-15 minutes to downtown Appleton and went to Pullman’s restaurant. They have good food and a large outdoor patio that overlooks the river. An hour away from Appleton and Neenah is the small town of Two Rivers. You can walk along a path with the full view of Lake Michigan. We also enjoyed walking the long stretch of beach as we watched the waves crashing against the shoreline of Lake Michigan. This was a wonderful four day vacation!

Wonderful lawn and dock to enjoy peaceful evenings on the lake. Fully equipped with canoes, BBQ and chairs. Highly recommended!

This home is so well-kept up and the hosts are amazingly helpful. There actually is a sandy beach that you can walk into which is not normal for Wisconsin where do you usually have to go off a dock. It’s my dream house by the lake.

A very nice little lake property. Very clean and had everything we needed in terms of towels, kitchen items, etc. Unfortunately the dock was not able to be used for our boat and the launch next door was very shallow but the public launch is very close. We were a group of adults but I would be careful bringing little kids because it's on a highway.

We were in town for a wedding and didn't want to spend the money on a hotel room. This was perfect for our needs - plus being on the water was very nice. Quiet location and the property owner allowed us to check-in early which was nice after a 14 hour drive from Georgia.

Beautiful location, well outfitted, clean!

Well equipped cottage, quite funtional. Nice to be right on the water, even off season. The road noise in the early morning was a little much for us country folk who are used to quiet. Host was very accommodating.
