The condo was a perfect size for two adults and three teens. Kitchen was well equiped. The only thing I would add to the descriptions is: bring your own beach towels.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the condo as well as the kitchen being fully stocked. We were even provided with liquor for a cocktail - nice touch! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Very nice large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable living room, large screen TV. Convenient location to golf and restaurant. Well equipped kitchen.

We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Over all good property! It is getting dated with the bathrooms and kitchen. Would be great if master on first floor had a king. Great location very easy to deal with owner!

Nice location. Beautiful neighborhood. Loved the Poppy Marketplace. We visited many spots throughout Cape Cod and this was a quiet, peaceful home base

Great weekend getaway. Comfortable condo for 4 adults each bedroom has own full bathroom. Nice outside patio o er looking a green on golf course.
It’s a little tricky finding it lots of condos and streets but we did find it. Ethan the host was great answering all questions quickly.
Make sure to have drinks / dinner at the country club great food and big martinis!

We enjoyed our stay on new years 2023. Excellent condo and property. Only wished we brought our golf clubs as we watched the golfers go by on New Year’s Day !

Communication was good with Ethan. The property was in a beautiful spot in a clean safe neighborhood. Some of the towels smelled moldy and there were not enough towels for everyone. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great Cape Getaway
Very cute 2 bedroom condo in a beautiful New Seabury neighborhood. This unit sits right on a golf course and feels very safe. We were there for Thanksgiving so didn't do beach time, but we did go to South Cape to look at the ocean. It's super convenient to Mashpee Commons where there are tons of good restaurants and shops. Enjoy!

We booked this condo because of its proximity to the Popponeset Inn as we were attending a family wedding. It was stocked with all the items we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Served its purpose
We were there for a short time. Owner accomodated an early checkin which we appreciated. I would suggest the owner streamline the property by ridding of property of family photos , knick knacks , excess foods except basics (salt pepper a couple of basic seasonings) . There was also alot of "stuff" in the bedroom closets and bathroom drawers.
The unit was pretty clean.
This was fine for a one or two night stay but would not want it for a week.
With a few small changes this would be really nice.

We had a wonderful stay! Great set up for family. Quiet and bike friendly roads. Easy access to all that Mashpee has to offer and location to explore Cape Cod!

Beautiful location in the planned community of New Seabury. Condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable, particularly the beds. Short drive (or walk) to the Popponesset Markeplace (recommend breakfast sandwiches at Cape Cod Coffee). Ethan (Owner) was great with communication from start to finish to ensure our stay was great.

Excellent location…close to beach, shopping, restaurants. New Seabury is beautiful and it’s great staying right on the golf course. Great communication with the host. Overall cleanliness should definitely be improved in my opinion.
