Attended an event at the Save Mart Center. Location provided a short drive to the event. Several food places within a short distance of the property. Did not get a chance to look around as we were in the unit less than two hours (other than when we were asleep). Instructions to get in were easy to follow. The A/C unit was on eco-mode during the night which caused it to kick on and off for short periods of time almost constantly. I think it just needed to be changed to the "cool" setting.

It was the perfect place for a small get away. Place was cute and clean! Bed was comfortable. Would recommend!

The apartment was well prepared and Todd gave easy instructions. He was easy to contact as well. I would stay again.

Everything was as advertised, or nicer. The host was attentive and it was an overall great experience. Will stay here again.

Todd was so nice and accommodating with our change of plans. We so appreciated that. The condo was just as described - very clean with some nice personal touches. If we are in Clovis again, we'd love to stay.

Everything was great!

I was in town for work this week and this apartment was perfect. Close to Target for some grocery shopping and the pool was delightful.

Just stayed there to go to a couple national parks. Worth the rental fee for my needs, but my needs are minimal.

This was a great spot for our trip to the Sequoia National Park area. It was nicely located to dining and shopping locations, and was a beautiful hour or so drive to the park.

Came to visit family in Clovis. Great location with easy access to everything. Very well kept property with loads of ground coffee! Thank you for the nice extra touches! ( coffee, creamers, breakfast muffins, Easter candy). Great place to relax after a day spent with family!

It is a very nice property for a single or couple to enjoy a stay in Fresno. Centrally located and easily accessible to anywhere in town. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home small and cozy there was a lot of food in the fridge which I did think was weird but besides that cleanliness was good.

Nice place to stay. Was a good location to stay to visit Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park.

Overall this place is cute, however I was not aware that there was only one TV, in the living room, and one A/C, also in the living room, which made it difficult getting cool air to the bedroom, so I spent a coupe nights on the warm side. This place needs to be cleaned good, we found crumbs on the table, the coffee maker was dirty, I cleaned it, and the blankets and sheets on the beds had stains. If they have been washed and the stains would not come out, then they need to be replaced in my opinion. Also, refrigerator was full of food! Strange for me, since I have never had this happen before. Typically they ask you to clean it out before you leave! I did throw away the expired things, but there was still a lot of food and drinks in there! Again, not a terrible place, just needs to be more specific about the AC situation and do a little tidying up.

I booked this to take my daughter to college at FSU and stay a few days until she was settled. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to book for future visits. The location is about 12 min away from every place we needed to be as well as stores & restaurants. The people at the complex were very friendly and welcoming. It is a sweet place with lots of historical photos and a historical sweet farm cottage vibe that represents the history of the town of Clovis. I went to the local farmers market in the historic downtown district and enjoyed some great music, friendly atmosphere, delicious local goods and produce. Def check this out if you are in town for it. The host was fantastic with any questions I had and it was a thumbs up stay and I look forward to returning! 😊

I really have nothing but good things to say about this rental experience. The price was fair, the property was nice and clean. The mangers really do an awesome job of making you feel at home. The check in process was easy.

This was my first Vrbo stay so a little anxious about not getting my information on check in process until day before arrival. The host always answers my emails immediately. Everything was done professionally and was a great overall experience.

My husband and I were visiting family in the Clovis area and needed a place to stay. This place did not disappoint! This is truly a great find for anyone looking to stay in the area and wants a relaxing, no hassle, great priced place to stay. The owner is amazing to work with and does everything possible to make sure your stay is incredible. From staying in contact, providing clear instructions for the no contact check-in/check-out along with all the extra touches and amenities, this place is great! It is clean, relaxing and convenient. The neighbors are super friendly and great people. The pool is well maintained and an awesome way to wind down after a day of exploring. Couple that with the tables and umbrellas outside your unit that offer shade and a gentle breeze in the morning and at night and you have found the best place in Clovis. I would highly recommend this unit and will stay here again anytime we are in the area!!

Day trips to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Monterey and San Luis Osbipo were a breeze! 10 mins from the airport, quiet unit and had everything I needed for a great vacation
