Ubicación y comodidades! Estamos a una corta distancia a pie de Indian Rocks Beach 1. ¡3 millas aprox. O un corto paseo en bicicleta, PISCINA NUEVA y CUBIERTA DE TRAVERTINO en un gran patio trasero cercado que acaba de terminar! A 20 minutos al sur de la playa n. ° 1 en Clearwater Beach 2018 y a 25 minutos al norte de John's Pass, donde puede disfrutar de cruceros con delfines, alquiler de botes, motos acuáticas, pesca chárter, restaurantes, tiendas y mucho más, a 30-40 minutos del ¡Aeropuerto de Tampa ya 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Clearwater / St Pete! 35 minutos más o menos al centro de St. Pete para disfrutar de más restaurantes, arte, parques, puerto deportivo, vida nocturna, etc. El hogar está muy céntrico. We loved staying here. Would stay here again if in the area. Nice place to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Not far from the beach, stores, or dining. Pool was great! Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the ping pong table. Owner easy to communicate with and available.

Wonderful stay. This home has everything you need to stay home and swim in the private pool or sitting at the pool side bar to have a drink. If you rather go out it’s minutes from the beach and restaurants. The house is very clean and organized. We loved the ping pong table and the bed was super comfy. Plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen has everything to cook meals. Michelle was wonderful to work. Definitely rate this a 10.

Our second trip to Cline's Cabana. The area is walkable to the beach, restaurants and parks and a short drive to Clearwater. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and especially George C McGough nature park to see the Turtle and walk the Intracoastal paths. We also loved hanging out at the pool, a perfect private backyard (love the hammock, seating and tiki bar and hut). Most enjoyable and relaxing Get-away.

The house is perfect we also brought our little 4 lbs Chihuahua.. it was perfect for her the fenced in yard. We enjoyed ourselves at the pool. It’s a mile from the beach. We will definitely be running this place again.

We chose this place for the backyard and it did not disappoint! We loved the whimsy and ecclectic outdoor decor. Host was super responsive. Bed was comfy too! We loved this retreat from winter and wld definitely stay here again!

The property was as described located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also it was conveniently located easy to get to the beach shops and restaurants. We brought our boat and we’re able to enjoy some amazing fishing as well.

We so enjoyed our two week stay, along with our Mini Goldendoodle! It was the perfect place to escape the cold Midwest winter and enjoy some warmth and sunshine! The backyard was a wonderful place to relax by the pool, enjoy meals under the tiki hut, and have beverages at the tiki bar while watching our favorite college team play basketball! The pool is pristine, however the temperature was too cold for us to swim. The beach, restaurants, fresh seafood market, Publix, and pharmacies are a short drive away. The beds were comfortable too! Great communication with owner. Home is nicely decorated and provides a nice cozy feel. Has all you need for a relaxing vacation. Owner supplies beach towels, toys and pool toys. Pool area has an abundance of seating for relaxation as well. Kitchen is well supplied for anything you want to prepare. Within walking distance to nice restaurants and stores. Nice friendly neighborhood too. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Michelles place was just what we needed.
The backyard was the perfect spot, well equipped with comfortable chairs, pool and tiki bar.
The evenings were beautiful with the torches all aglow.

Checking in was super easy. The house was clean, had all the supplies, amenities and accommodations for a family stay. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Very friendly and helpful. Our trip was a last minute one and staying here was worth the long drive to Florida from Maryland. The location is perfect. Surrounded with so many stores, restaurants, the beach and actives to do. Unfortunately due to the weather we could not enjoy the pool but the pool area was beautiful and fun. Definitely made our stay so pleasant. The neighborhood was quite and family-friendly.

It was very easy process, property management was amazing if you have questions or need anything they are available. They have literally everything you would need if you did by chance forget something. It was amazing, clean and just made out vacation alot nicer knowing your staying at a great and safe location. Great neighborhood and surroundings we seen a tortoise in the yard. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming walking to the beach or a walk for ice cream . Really great experience! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! If we go to Indian Rocks again we will definitely be renting the same place!

Great vacation for our family of 3
We booked this property due to the location and the fact that it has a pool. We have a 7 year old daughter and we knew we couldn’t beach it ALL day, so it was great to have the pool to come back home to in the afternoon. So convenient to get to the store to make some of our own meals, but also great location to hit up some of the local restaurants. Michelle was a great resource for us when we had questions about local restaurants/area, or questions about the house. Very timely if I had a question. We had no issues with the house, so never had to contact the owner about any issues. There was plenty of towels for the 3 of us, as well as all the necessities for cooking, sleeping, and playing in the pool. The wagon for the beach with coolers, chairs, and umbrellas, was wonderful for beaching it every morning! Our 7 year old wants me to add that her bed was very comfortable and that she liked all the pool toys/floats. She also said the ping pong table was “very fun” and inspired us to clean up ours so she can play at home! We have told several people that this was one of our most relaxing and easy vacations we’ve been on in awhile! Thank you for hosting us!!!

Nice place, clean, and close to the beach
We found this place very clean and nice.
The tiki bar with the outside TV next to the pool was a hit as we are "outside people".
A few suggestions to make it better: Replace the side of the fence that you can see through from the street. Different type of pillows would be nice as most of them are too stiff for my taste.

Vacation getaway
We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. The pool was the best part along with the outdoor tiki bar and tv. Michelle Cline was wonderful. She answered any questions we had in a quick and timely manner. Check in was so easy.

Very pleased with our stay!
This property was perfect for my family. There were 4 of us who stayed for a week. The home was spacious and well kept. For the days that weren’t spent at the beach or out, the pool and backyard area were great.
The backyard bar and hammock got a lot of use from us in days we were in the pool. The house accommodations were also above average. Plenty of toiletries for the entire week. The beach toys and chairs all got plenty of use from us and helped make the beach trips even better.
We did have one super minor issue the first day we were there with the sink in the bathroom not draining. The property manager had someone out that day within an hour to have it fixed.
If I have to come up with any negatives, it would be the grill. It could definitely need updated as it doesn’t cook very well. I had a hard time keeping the burners lit and had a hard time getting the temperature up.
Overall it was a great property and my family had a blast! I definitely recommend for a small family and would book it again!!

Michelle and her husband were very responsive in communications both before arrival and during the stay (they live in the same neighborhood). The description and pictures of the place are accurate. The location was ideal for our needs. We spend 2 weeks in their home and it was great for us.

Snowbird getaway
We can’t say enough about this house, pool, yard, and the neighborhood-It was perfect for 2 weeks away from frigid cold/snow!
We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and having fenced in yard for her to run. The house and amenities were very clean, and nice having one floor with the laundry & extra bathroom (which as stated is for use when at pool or outside. The pool, tiki bar, grill, furniture were wonderful , spent lots of time out there! It was nice to be within walking to stores, restaurants, and short drive to many beach towns.
The owners were very good with communication, recommendations, and we would definitely come back!

Lovely Getaway
We enjoyed our visit very much - the house was very clean, and well-stocked with necessities, pool and beach toys, chairs and towels. We loved having the pool to hang out and entertain some local friends! Thank you to our hosts for their kind hospitality and for making us feel welcome and comfortable. Very nice but in need of an update and not entirely as it seems
The house was very cute and well kept. The owners are very considerate and had beach gear and towels, pots and pans, gear for the pool, a fire pit and even a tiki bar. Michelle the owner also very kindly alerted us that her husband might be working outside the house when we arrived so that we wouldn’t be alarmed if we saw someone on site. The bathroom shower had amazing water pressure which is a rare thing to come by! However, the property was listed as a 2 bed/2 bath. In actuality, the 2nd “bathroom” is outside the main house and is more of a pool side somewhat old and a bit rundown “outhouse” one bath containing a shower, a toilet and sink and the washer/dryer. It was very hot and humid in there and since it’s not part of the main house it is not air conditioned. There was also no shower curtain on the stall. This clearly was not the 2nd full bath we’d expected. The house itself was nice and well kept. However, the mattresses and pillows are old, used and in need of updating. I could feel the springs in my back and in both bedrooms the mattresses had sunken in spots we rolled into. I had the worst nights sleep during my stay and woke up with back pains. In a similar state are the sofas in the living room. They are clean and look very nice but they are very used as well- making them extremely uncomfortable to sit in. The sofa cushions were so used that every time we sat on them the cushions would flatten and sink into the couch. The only part of the sofa set that wasn’t used was the ottoman and I found myself having to sit on that to watch tv. Honestly the property does have everything you’ll need for a Florida stay and you can tell that the owners care based on the amenities around the house. But the most important amenities are a comfortable mattress to sleep on and a comfortable sofa to sit on as you unwind. When both are so used to the extent that they’re uncomfortable it can really impact your stay.

Exceptional Stay
This property was exactly aa advertised and more! The owner was quick to reply to questions, the property was clean and easy to access the beach. We traveled to a lot of the more popular tourist places and said we always wanted to go back to Indian Rocks, because of the low-key location. This is definitely a diamond in the rough and our kids LOVED it! The pool was such a great hangout for the older kids when it got too warm at the beach. This is a must stay location, especially for families!

Perfect getaway
We decided this year to get a VRBO with a private pool…that decision turned out great!!!…we found out a day or two before we were to arrive in Florida that Red Tide had hit the area…having a pool was the best thing…we did get to enjoy the beach but we loved loved loved the pool…althu we spent much of our time outdoors in the backyard at the Tiki bar and sitting area , we did have plenty of time inside the house, beds were comfortable, bathroom/shower was perfect and plenty of towels/linens were provided…I had to contact the owner once but that was for the door lock combo so nothing major at all.thanks Michelle

Loved this rental! Easy to check in and get settled. We were in the pool within 15 minutes of arriving. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you need to make your stay a great one. Plenty of choices to in the area to eat out at and a easy five minute drive to the beach. A great place to rent!
