What did I like? Everything! My room was huge, spotless and comfortable. The hotel is located near many attractions yet is on a quiet street. I will stay here on my next visit. Also, the owner Alejandro is awesome.

The location was very good. The neighborhood was safe and it is close to Barrio Antiguo attractions and Parque Fundidora. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The shower space is a little small.

Lovely hotel. Well equipped and well cared for, very clean and comfortable. Very close to museums, restaurant district, and other tourist attractions, and able to walk around during the day with no problems. I wish I could have stayed here more.

Check-in process is somewhat inconvenient. You need to communicate with the hotel before you arrive, let the staff know when you arrive via whatsapp, and check in at the office in a separate building.

Although they do not serve breakfast, there is a small restaurant at walking distance. The restaurant is La Casa Del Panque. Totally recommend it and the chilaquiles.

I started conversation with Alejandro, owner of the place, days before my trip. He made me aware of pool not being available and also asked me the estimated tie for my arrival. The day of my arrival with my elderly parents, we were greeted by Israel and gave us the hotel information: WiFi code, door codes, near restaurants. Hotel is in the Barrio Antiguo neighborhood with near access to Paseo Santa Lucia(River Walk), about 5 minutes from Macro Plaza.

Beds were a little high and little hard, specially for my elderly parents.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. You might want to bring your own pillows or pillow cases. The cases were too short and the pillows were a little yellow but the rest of the facility was spotless! It's very close to restaurants, shops, museums and night life. I would highly recommend this fantastic place! I would definitely come back, great value.

Only steps away from Santa Lucia and a short walk to either the Macroplaza, Barrio Antiguo or Parque Fundidora. The room was very pleasant and clean. The neighborhood looks rough but is very safe. The pillows were new and too firm for us, but that is the only negative, so it's okay.

The hotel wouldn't be better: 1. the location is completely brilliant - 2 blocks from very clean, safe touristic downtown; 2. the room is clean, big with all necessary stuff; 3. the host, Alejandro is completely super - I felt like visiting the best friend. He gave us the list of restaurants to visit and all of them are super; 4. All questions were resolved super quick; 5. The complimentary laundry was very good quality and very in time

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very well located, safe and clean. Alejandro is awesome! He was able to find us some tickets for the Tigres match! We will come back to this place if we ever go back to Monterrey
