Perfect spot to stay on the North side of town. Walkable to the beach. Well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was dirty and they didn’t get there to fix it, but I'm confident it would have been fixed if we had a longer stay.

My husband and I live in Oregon and 8 of my family from California had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean view property at Roads End. It was a vacation as we had the time to relax, bond with one another and at the same time did some sightseeing in nearby cities. It was a splendid family time. I certainly would recommend this place.

Everything was as pictured and advertised. Bedrooms are spread through the three floors (we knew this from the listing) and all were great. I do wish it was a little more clear that the trundle bed area was in the loft area, which is open to the main floor. It worked fine for our situation, but the photo looked like a separate room.
There are three full bathrooms, one on each level. The largest bathroom was on the level with the least amount of beds. Again, we are fine with this, but some might want to be aware.
Location was great, it's a short walk to beach access, though the road may be a bit steep for some, so a quick drive might be needed. Parking is tight, but we were able to have three cars for our three families.
Location is a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes drive from shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc.
View was excellent, the elevation of the road gave great views over the roofs of the other homes. We could see the sand and ocean from multiple areas in the house.
Decor was BEAUTIFUL, house was CLEAN, furniture/beds were COMFY (we actually tried to find the brand of the couch because we all loved it so much!) and there was plenty of paper products supplied. Checkout/cleanup requirements were a BREEZE, and not overly involved.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend for families. Those with mobility issues might want to consider the stairs (the only way into the house is UP) and the steepness of the road itself for walking.

The check in process was very easy. The home was clean and very close walk to the beach. The hot tub was not working when we got there but they were able to fix it during our stay. Overall, a very good experience and would absolutely rent here again!

The way to access the place never says "key code will not work before 4pm" we got there at 3:52pm and the door was not opening. We tried to call on Monday and got voicemail from the number provided. Please post a note saying before 4pm code will not work. Just start the code at 3:45pm so when people show up they are not trying to call or text. Place it in bold in the instructions. Also checking in at 4pm and leaving at 11am is 5 less hours out there. I know the place needs cleaned but if it's done early....let the people in. It's a small but nice gesture and a simple text to say it's ready would be a nice surprise. I know this will be shrugged off since the previous visitors stated that too but this is where you keep the consistency of what is wrong.
Other than that the place was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the layout is excellent. The sunset is perfect off the balcony and there is entry of room in there for a family.

If you're looking for a low key weekend at the beach, this house was great! We rented it for a mom's getaway and enjoyed the hot tub and the view.
We all agreed that we would not trust our children here because the deck was a little precarious - the railing seemed loose, and the hot tub was placed right on the edge as well.
Don't expect a well appointed kitchen. There was no salt, no oil, no coffee, etc. But you will have plenty of cute beachy serving dishes and cups for any prepared food you bring.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The place was fully stocked with all of the dinnerware, glasses and mugs you could think of. The entire place was clean and in amazing condition. There was 11 of us staying at this property with a lot of room and everyone was comfortable. The fire place was nice and warm to sit in front of and listen to the waves at the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Lincoln city. The management company replied right away with any questions we had. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Amazing family weekend
It was the perfect house to host our family. My aging parents, step sisters and their partners and two young adult kids were there along with my 8 year old. It was the perfect distance from the beach and was just a delightful location for our reunion!

Lovely Lincoln City Vacation Home
We had a great stay in Lincoln City at this home. We had a family reunion of sorts with my brother and his two kids and my husband and our two children. The house was very comfortable. The hot tub views were amazing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved the location.

Beautiful place
It was beautiful and clean place. It would be nice if we had a small heater in the bedroom downstairs because it was chilly and it would be nice to have extra sleeping pillow for the bed. Also, the wifi password that was given to us was wrong but we managed to find it on the modem. I wish there was some more information about things we can go on the counter or something to give us an idea of which restaurant we could go to eat. Other than that it was a beautiful view and stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great vacation spot
The house was very clean and as described. Wonderful view of the ocean from the deck and hot tub. There was a heating issue with the furnace going out on the last night of our stay, however property management promptly addressed the issue and we received a partial refund. Upon arriving we were not able to immediately find bathroom towels however after searching found clean towels in the dryer.

Hot tub view was perfect!
We really had a wonderful girls weekend! Everything was clean and well maintained. Check-in was a little bumpy because I didn't get the email but was able to call the property management and get everything needed to get into the house and setup.

Weekend getaway at the coast
Perfect house for all of our needs! An amazing hot tub with a stunning view. The communication with the Renters was really good. I would recommend this to any friend. We had a wonderful stay. I hope we can stay here again!

Also the hot tub seems to have a temperature limit on it, so it is more like a warm bath than the usual experience. Outside of the hot tub, was a great experience. When we had a problem with the tv/wi-fi (due to recent power outage, no fault to the property manager) they were immediately responsive and helpful.I would stay again, but likely not use the tub.

Beautiful home and close to beach
They weren’t kidding when they said it was beautiful , clean, and close to the beach. It was a lovely place. I just wish we would have been able to communicate with owners/management co. I sent emails Regarding covid restrictions prior to our arrival and got no response. Upon our arrival when things weren’t as they explained in the arrival instructions (key to hot tub, WiFi, how to access certain things), I texted them four different times with questions, but never got a response. We just figured it out ourselves. FYI: The WiFi info is on the router, it’s not what they send you. Other than that, it was just great. The views were incredible and the house was close to beautiful hikes and beach. Plenty of things in the kitchen to use. We were hard pressed for towels but just washed them as needed. We would stay there again ESP since we know how to Make things work.

Family Time at the Beach
We were an extended family of six adults and four teens and we had a great time at the property. There was plenty of room for all of us, and there would have been room for two more. The views from the living room and deck / hot tub were great. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment. The only minus were that the two upstairs mattresses weren't as firm as they could have been.

Lovely Thankgiving break for the family
Having a family with teenagers, it was a perfect set up and plenty of room to celebrate the holiday with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to other amenities. The weather was amazing for this time of year and sitting in the hot tub being able to see the stars was an added bonus.

Weekend stay
Pros: Very clean and fast service provided. Many towels, blankets, dishes, silverware, and other utilities.
Beautiful view right on the side porch of the beach; you will have a great view of the sunset/sunrise while sitting in the hot tub.
Easy access to the beach.

Extremely fast service if there is a problem.
Cons: Checking in code was incorrect, although when calling them they did help us get in right away.
The hot tub was not ready to be used the first day; there was a hose in it from cleaners I'm assuming, but when we called them they came quickly to resolve the issue.
"Bonus" room is not a room; it is a living room with a swindle bed. Beware it is right in the middle of two other bedrooms. The living room area was not as roomy as we expected. Nothing wrong but be aware it can be a little tight if fitting the maximum amount of people.
The sink was a little frustrating as the drainer was on the smaller side of the sink so the other, bigger side did keep getting clogged.

Girls Weekend
Great rental, we had a blast there. The view was absolutely beautiful. My only few issues where there was no hot tub key (which the neighbor graciously offered to cut off the lock for us lol) but I called the company next day and they had a maintenance guy out within 30min of calling! Another issue was the material on the sink is peeling off and when I went to use the spray nozzle it sliced my hand open. I wrapped a towel around the nozzle but that should definitely be replaced. It is a pretty deep cut.
And my only suggestion for future would be to move the bunk bed room to upstairs to one of the upstairs rooms. We would love to rebook this home with our husbands and kids for a getaway (it really was the perfect beach house) but the bunk beds would be a hike to get to for our small children. **totally personal preference, nothing negative about the rental with that**

Great place to stay!
Very clean and family friendly! Had a great stay! The only thing that could be better is I wish there was more seating in the living room for the amount of people that stayed. But other than that, it was wonderful and super cute!

Fabulous Oregon Coast Experience
