This property was perfect! The host had the home well prepared. It was clean with plenty of fans for good air circulation. The location is ideal! We were able to easily walk downtown or to the beach. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We loved staying here. It was clean and cozy and so close to the beach. We were worried that our van (Chrysler Town and Country) wouldn't fit in the garage but it did. The check out process was easy. Would totally stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the ability to easily walk to the beach and to downtown Seaside, even with a 4 year old. The house was clean and nice. Challenges- the door code wasn't entered properly, and I had to call the property manager to gain access to the property, and the wifi information was incorrect, and again I had to contact the property manager to connect. Also, there were religious magazines around the house, which we did not appreciate.

The home is fine, spacious and fairly clean. Great location a few blocks from all the activities and restaurants. Manager made promises because they had to delay our check-in by 4 or 5 hours, then ghosted us with zero follow through on her promises. Won't stay here again. No street parking, so if your car won't fit in the low garage, then look elsewhere. Our Audi Q7 fit fine, but I had to remove our bikes off the hitch carrier to drive down the steep part into the garage.

we had a super short one night stay, and overall it was nice. the location was super convenient. we were able to walk to dinner and the beach was only a few blocks away. the house is very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. which we were so grateful for after a long day of driving 😂 we didn’t get the chance to use them, but we did notice the kitchen had a lot of amenities which is useful for longer stays!!
what we didn’t absolutely love- it didn’t feel homey and personal. we walked in and were met with a list of rules, which is absolutely necessary but it felt a bit in our faces. i think having it in a welcome book would be a nice solution, rather than it being a whole list on the fridge. that aside, it generally felt like a hotel and was stiff. but i that just comes down to being a personal opinion, and whether or not you’re an aesthetics person. also, i would note, if you shower, i’d be aware that it will have to be super quick showers. after the first person showered, we ran out of hot water. and finally, when my husband and i went to bed we noticed there were dirty shoe prints on the sheets.
all that to say, we were super grateful to have a place to stay. and if you’re looking for space for your family, this is the perfect size!!

Located centrally for walking downtown and very beautiful. It was great especially for meal preparation. We were missing wine glasses and a hair dryer and that evening they were on our doorstep. Very responsive. We had a lot of fun.

Poor condition for it's age. Just really worn and dirty. Not welcoming when you are threatened to be charged for things like if you don't clean enough or leave anything not perfect. No garage door opener so you have to go into the house to open garage, which is required because no on street parking. 30 stairs to open/close garage. It was in a good location and the kitchen is large but no coffee/tea/cooking oil/spices are supplied. Would not stay there again as it was the dirtiest, most worn VRBO unit I have ever been in.

Our family enjoyed an amazing weekend stay at this property in Seaside. Location was incredible and is close to everything! Took us 2-3 minutes to walk to the main boardwalk and beach. Aquarium is right down the street. Rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious as are the living area/kitchen. Good amount of supplies and had some fun beach toys as well. Attached garage is a nice plus as was the wraparound porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to beach and downtown. Parking in driveway was difficult. Two vehicles did not fit well into garage and driveway was very short and sloping. Outlet and faucet handle did not work in second bathroom. I left message for manager but never received a call back. Was never resolved. Picture was somewhat deceiving. You can’t see ocean or beach from home. It also had many beach houses around it.

Great location in Seaside. It was a different experience for us as this property is run by a corporation and not individuals. The difference in operations was noticable.
We were overall pleased with the property and our stay but were a little disappointed with communication and the overall upkeep of the property. Still a big improvement over staying in hotels.

Great place to stay on a drizzly May weekend on the coast - beautiful evening light through the big windows when the sun broke through the clouds. Loved the big bedroom upstairs!

Loved everything about the place. Only comment which didn’t affect us is I would advise potential renters that due to Seaside rental license only available parking is in the garage which wouldn’t accommodate a large truck.

Better to stay in a hotel
Aside from very strict on accupancy, you have to do the washing of your linens, etc. or else you will be charge extra despite you already paid for housekeeping of usd125.00. Beware to leave something valuable cause it will never be returned as they are not so helpfull recovering them like the cellphone/charger we accidentally left.

Great location and well stocked kitchen!
We stayed in the same strip of townhomes once before and what stood out about this location was how well stocked the kitchen was. Pretty much every utensil/tool you would need, sharp knives (this is SO rare) and nearly new nonstick pans (also very rare). Since I like to cook dinners, this made the trip go from good to great in spite of the subpar weather. Great location too and literally less than a 5m walk to the water. We will book again!

Excellent location, clean and inviting
I can't say enough good things about this property. The location to walk to the beach and the main shops of Seaside was great. Property was bright, clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent - I had a few questions before our visit that were answered quickly. Would definitely return!

5 min walk to the beach
The location was great and it was a quick walk to the beach. A local party got a little loud and remnants of their good time was sadly left out in the street the next morning. Our lifted 4 Runner fit in the garage with little room to spare. But, it was nice to pull it into a covered area at night. The ant situation should be looked at - cooking for more then 5 minutes and they were out in full force. Having multiple bathrooms was wonderful for us and a teen daughter. The soap and shampoo provided was good quality as well. We never could get the fireplace to work and no one showed up to look at it, even though we made a request. Seaside was nice. A stones throw from Cannon Beach and an hour from Tillamook - we had a nice relaxing time overall.

Family Friendly Getaway
This is the second time our family has stayed at this rental property. We loved that it was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and the perfect amount of space for my family. Would highly recommend!

Needs to be updated
Gas fireplace broken, Hide a bed broken, No garage door opener. ( you have to go upstairs to unit, then downstairs to basement, then back upstairs)Several Blinds need repair, Many carpet stains, Many furniture stains, Some drawers in mast. bedroom broken, Weather radio squawks randomly, we had to unplug it.

Over all the property had everything we needed and worked well for our stay. It was a good amount of space. The downstairs carpet is definitely in need of a change.

Nice place within walking distance to the Promenade
This was a great place to stay. Very close to downtown shops, restaurants and promenade. Host was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Right down the the strip and stores.
Love the stay. Garage was a huge plus for peace of mind with the car and where it's parked. Great location and master. Pullout couch didn't work great but extra airmattress was a great plus. A few ants around the sink but that's to be expected near the ocean. A great quiet stay and hoping to stay again in the future.

Great Location and very clean
We've been to Seaside many many times and this might have been our favorite trip. Very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and quiet this home was. And of course the location was perfect. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful place to stay
We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was easy. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We have a Ford Explorer and had no issues parking in the garage. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for walkable beach town vacation!
This property is pretty awesome! Only one long block to a vast sandy beach access and three blocks to the main downtown area, mean that you don't even need to pull your car out of the garage while you're in town. The house was very clean and the bedrooms are huge - much bigger than they appear online. You could easily fit a pack-n-play or children's beds in any of the rooms. As other reviewers mentioned, this house has almost none of the leftover kitchen items you'd expect at other places (like spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc.), so bring your own. I had seen that mentioned and just packed the spices and cooking items we'd need. We did have to run out for salt/pepper and coffee filters while we were there. The house was sufficiently cooled by opening the windows (it's a PNW beach town which means you get lots of sea breeze), which also get amazing light during the day. The washer/dryer were practically new, and the garage was full of beach chairs and toys for our use. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the home and would definitely stay here again on a future trip!
