Location was great right on the beach. Having a bbq was nice. Layout was interesting. Tv down stairs was broken. They were unable to fix it during our stay but, they did send someone out to look at it. Overall would stay again.

We had a lovely time as a family in this house! Very well equipped! Loved the location which is right on the beach! Beautiful deck to enjoy the sunset! Very convenient to walk to Sea Side and enjoy the little town! Only criticism is the game room in the garage, where items are very tired.
Overall would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!!

Our visiting family ranged from 1 to 86 and this was a great place for us all! We especially loved the spacious dining table, comfy couches, and unpictured perfect deck facing the water.

We went on a family trip. The location and view were fantastic. The kitchen table was perfect for dinners and games. The only advice is to remember to bring your own spices and cleaning supplies. They had laundry and dishwasher soap but no spray cleaner. Looking forward to the next time.

We went found to celebrate my husband who passed away July 4th. For the family gathering it was a wonderful experience.
There were a few easy to fix housekeeping issues. Not enough paper towels or TP for a group of 10. Hand towels in kitchen etc.

The location was great,
The floor plan was a bit complicated and the appliances were broken. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were the problem. The stovetop was difficult to tell which burner was on.

A Time For Family
This is the perfect house to rent if you are large group as what we were. The beach is minutes away, you can watch the waves come in from the living room. In another direction, you are able to walk to town.
The only thing that would make it a 5 star for us is to replace kitchen skillets, really in bad shape. Also, upstairs
TV was very difficult to operate. No manuals to show how to operate all the different channels. There was 4 different clickers for us to try and figure how to operate. Small problems yes, but very meaningful.

Great Reunion Spot
The house comfortably slept 12 people. The view is spectacular with easy access to the beach. I had a couple of questions for the management company and each time they answered the phone o the second ring. Great place.

Family reunion
We had a wonderful time and good weather. Other family members stayed in rentals within blocks of us. We picnicked on the beach and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there as well.

After Lockdown Getaway
The house was exactly as described and provided a beautiful place to stay. The beach was easy to access and the beach combing was great. I would recommend this house to anyone looking.

Huge wasp nest below the backyard deck and access to the house
Before entering the house, there was a huge wasp nest under the deck and wasps were active. We called and request for removal but they were not able hire professional. We had kids and some of us were allergic to bee stings. They did offer 200 refund but never gave it back! The upstairs of the house was nice and updated. Rooms were small but tolerable. Basement was outdated. You have to get out of the house to enter the basement. The view was perfect and location was great!

Great location
The house is in a great location on the Prom and a short distance to the center of town. However, there were many issues and some concerns while our stay. The house had no hot water the entire time we were there. The check-in process was awful, we did not have the right codes to get in and they had to send someone out to check. The floors were disgusting, all of our socks and the bottom of our feet were black from walking around the house.
The most concerning issue we had was as a group we were talking in the house about things we needed that the house seemed to be lacking, adequate knives to chop with, more pillows, and outside chairs. The next day we come back from in town and the owners walk into the home, unannounced and without knocking. They gave us knives, pillows, and outside chairs. We DID NOT let anyone know with the company the three things we had been talking about. There has to be a camera or a device to listen to you because no one would have known that besides the people that were staying with us. It was very creepy and very unprofessional.
We left the house before our checkout time and was at lunch when we received a phone call from the property management company that we needed to leave the property and the cleaning crew was there....and that it was past the time of checkout. We had not been on the property for over 40 minutes.
I'm disappointed with our stay, to say the least.

Nice rental house
It is in a great location! It is the best part of the experience. The upstairs is newer and nice. The downstairs was fine for sleeping but not a place to hang out, it feels like the basement it is. Is a quiet area and we were fine with having kids nap downstairs even though you have to go outside to get there. You are not welcome to check-in even a 1/2 hour early at this site or you'll get a call.

Great living area
The rooms were a bit odd and we had to walk outside to go to the downstairs rooms. But the living area made up for it and that's where we spent most of our time anyway.

Not quite as expected
Basement and game room definitely not as expected. Not at all like the pictures advertise. Location was great. Kitchen was adequate. Overall, we had a great time.

Great location on the Prom
This house is in a great location on the Prom in Seaside. The sunsets were spectacular from the large family room windows. The kitchen is new with an ajoining back deck with a grill. A few things were problems. The sofa bed in the basement is unacceptalbe as a bed. It has a thin mattress and the center of the bed sank making it very uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is also too soft and very uncomfortable. It was also inconvenient but not a big problem to have to go outside to access the basement bedroom area.

Family Gathering in Seaside.
This home has had the main level remodeled in recent years, and the upstairs (although definitely photo shopped) was reasonably nice.
However, the information in the listing doesn't adequately state that the upstairs and downstairs are connected only through outside doors. There is no stairway within the home to access the lower basement.
The basement is a basement and the area wasn't built out to be for bedrooms. It was very damp and musty smelling and since we're allergy sensitive it made it more difficult for those who stayed downstairs. We ended up purchasing a product that asbsorbed excess moisture, and baking soda. That helped reduce the overall musty smell somewhat.
The kitchen isn't adequately stocked with the usual items you would expect...no colander, no toaster, no pot holders, only 4 wine glasses, no kitchen towels and we had to ask for more teaspoons (only 4 was included). It was hodge podge to say the least.
The people that responded to my call regarding asking for more teaspoons and pot holders were very kind. They responded quickly and were very helpful.
The laundry area was at the end of the kitchen and the washing machine was extremely loud.
The doors inside and out were swollen and difficult to lock and unlock.
The outside recycle bin was over flowing when we arrived so that made it more difficult to add items too.
Although I was disappointed at the accomodations, the children had a great time. It's nice to stay on the promenade and even though it was about a mile to walk to Seaside center, we did that numerous times.

Great location and open floor plan
The property itself is great! The communication with the management company was awful. They didn’t respond to email, I called and sat on hold for hours. They sent an email saying our rental was cancelled. When we finally got through to them it was a “mistake”. The house is beautiful. The only downside is that the downstairs is very musty smelling. There is a separate entrance only to the house. You cannot enter the downstairs from the inside of the house, only outside. Overall we loved it though.

perfect for family getaway. Sorry I stole the little flashlight. My brother told me it was a gift and I didn't see the note on it saying it was to stay there until we were 4 hrs away.

Good spot!
TWO UNITS! You have to go outside to get to the bottom unit. Makes it tricky if you stay with kids. Amenities were basic-all IKEA. No beach toys or beach chairs provided. Location was fantastic!! Super close to the beach and easy walk to downtown seaside.

View is what this house is all about. Bedrooms disappointing (bring your own pillow) don’t care for twin beds. Downstairs kinda a dungeon (bad chi). Thinks could be cleaner (cabinets sticky). We had fun but probably stay somewhere else next year!
