Beautiful, secluded spot that very comfortably sleeps 10.

Stayed over 4th of July holiday with my wife, daughter (6), and son (3). Loved the house, the property, and the location. Kids loved the stairs and the bunk beds. The property is conveniently located near Irasville, Waitsfield, and Warren which means plentiful dining and outdoor recreation options. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable! For those staying in the summer, please note this property does not have central A/C, but there are plenty of windows that can be opened. The property also comes with a few small circulating fans that can be used for air circulation.

lovely home with an amazing view and top-notch appliances. 4 wheel drive a plus for ascending the access road and driveway to the house druing winter storms.

This home was idyllic for my 40th bday ski trip to Sugarbush! The hot tub was excellent and the layout is great for privacy when needed or hanging with a group playing games or making dinner. Wish I could talk to the owner directly instead of a chat bot. Would definitely go back! The views from the large windows of Sugarbush and Mt Ellen were spectacular to look at all day.

Had a great vacation staying at this house. Plenty of space for eight people, and the kitchen was very well equipped for home cooked meals. The mountain views from inside this home are incredible, and it was a great place to retreat to after a day of skiing. Will definitely book again.

Great Mountain Getaway
The day before we arrived the area received 1.5 feet of snow. It was a magical winter wonderland! We loved our stay and would love to go back.

We love this place!
The house is a truly unique design, we really like it. The hot tub is new and amazing. The town is super cute, lots of variety of foods. It's very far away from us, would be a lot more convenient to stay in Ludlow or someplace further south. but we come up an extra 90 minutes because we love it so much here. And when we had problems with the coffee machine being broken or needing extra plowing and sand because our rental car couldn't get up the hill Vacasa was AMAZING and fixed everything for us. Couldn't recommend more!

Good time
It was nice and secluded, like we wanted, just a little difficult to get in the door, so we had to make sure one of us was always there so we didn't have to lock it.

Not as good as we were expecting
Let me start by saying this is a beautiful location to walk out onto the balcony and see nature at its finest. Breath taking views is an understatement. The cabin itself is as unique as the pictures suggest. The kitchen is quite lovely and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and basic spices for almost anything you would want to cook while staying there.
That is were the pro's of the property stop. We were extremely excited to enjoy our honeymoon at this property. Unfortunately some of the key reasons we booked this property fell quite short.
The hot tub was dirty, It had an odor to it and a fairly bad scum line around the inside of the tub. I wiped it clean and it was back the next day. The tub also had a thick foam in it when the tub ran. For our health we decided after the first use to not go back in.
My wife was looking forward to the swing set. She is a kid at heart and wanted enjoy swinging in the sunset. Sadly, it was not there. It was pictured in the ad but they must have removed it.
The fire pit was pretty far away from the house. It was unusable due to it being filled with half burned trash.
The master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable, small and rickety. Electric blinds were in the master bedroom as well and the remote was very difficult to use. We did not get that to work until the next to last day of our stay. Good luck sleeping in with the sun shining through the windows.
We didn't expect to have visitors while we were there. The first morning there we saw 2 men who parked in the driveway pretty early in the morning. We assumed they were checking the maple lines. Its still a guess on our part what they were doing there for almost an hour. The following day before 9am the lawn folks showed up. Good luck sleeping in!!
We so wanted this to be awesome and were excited. It was our honeymoon. We ended up leaving a day before our check out because we just werent comfortable there.

This house is amazing!
What a unique house! Great property, the town was so cute, great food, brand new hot tub. Totally worth the long drive up from the city. We’re definitely going back next year!

Really quiet -perfect family getaway
We spent 3 days here after my daughters wedding in Moretown and it was perfect for us. We have 4 adult kids now literally all over the country with spouses and all 10 slept comfortably. It is an older style ski house but the owners have done nice updates in the kitchen, provided a nice grill for cooking out, a clean hot tub and tons of games. It felt like home, not really a rental. Nice proximity to shopping and nice food options in Waitsville and about 35 mins to Stowe. We will be back hopefully to ski again! Thanks for a clean and super stay!!

Didn't want to leave
From the mountain views to the small touches throughout the house (extra towels, soaps/shampoos in each bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, blankets in family room, child gates provided, etc etc), this house had everything we needed to feel at home in Vermont. Our toddler loved the playground on site as well. Would be even better to come back here to ski in the winter, and soak in the hot tub.

The perfect mountain getaway
Even though this place was WAY bigger than my boyfriend and I needed, it was worth every penny. The seclusion of the mountains, the outdoor hot tub, the fireplace...it was perfect. And the kitchen was great—we brought groceries and never even needed to leave the house!

The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that the house provided plenty of towels for using the hot tub. Good spot to bring a dog without worries, the living room/kitchen had gates to keep your dog on the main level. Would definitely rent again
