We have stayed on Kauai for the holidays in years past and have always enjoyed it. This was our first time staying in Princeville and thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. Looking forward to our next trip to Kauai.

A 1-story home with beautiful views was what I was looking for and found it for a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation with 3 generations. Plenty of space for everyone. . Having 2 of the 3 showers without tubs is great for our senior travelers, fully stocked with wash essentials and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. Even some seasoning when we grilled some meat out back. Plenty of fans throughout, and although the master room fan did not work we put the a/c on night mode during the night (they did provide standing fans). Being the cooler temps we hardly used A/C. 3 comfortable spacious king beds and 1 queen. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas provided and enough for us all. The bikes might need some maintenance, we used them on a short ride around the block. There were a couple of small maintenance issues, but nothing that made our stay there less amazing. We split our trip with 2 rentals, and we could not help but compare it with the amenities of Molokama. Felt like home away from home.

This propert is beautiful! It is spacious and clean. Beautifully furnished with modern appliances and amenities. It sits right on the golf course. 10 steps out back door to view of the ocean. 5 houses down from resort with Happy Talk restaurant. Walk to Queens Bath, Hanalei is a few mile drive.It is a little trek to many of excursions, but that didn't stop us.
They provided all sorts of equpment for use (chairs, umbrellas, stroller, cooler, boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, snorkel gear)
Much quieter on the north side of the island. I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the island, not a party crash pad.

This property is in a fantastic location and is so open and airy. We had 8 people and never had anyone waiting to use the bathroom and we never felt crowded. AND we never ran out of hot water during shower time. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of beach activity stuff. The property manager was super easy to work with and check-in/out was a breeze. We had a fantastic trip and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the property was perfect…a short walk to Hideaways and Queen’s Bath. The amenities allowed for us to bike ride to watch sunsets, the beach towels and umbrellas were key to staying out of the sun! We used the beach inflatable donut and boogie board to float in the ocean! The entire house was spotless and came with everything a well-stocked kitchen such as a regular coffee maker and pod coffeemaker plus a gadget for boiling water for tea. A plus was that the bedrooms were all completely separated from each other, so all couples had ample privacy along with their own bathrooms. The master was especially wonderful with two separate shower heads! The outdoor lanai was enjoyed for breakfasts and dinners. We cooked up steak and chicken on the bbq. Situated right on the golf course with a peekaboo ocean view (if you stepped onto the grass a few feet) was really relaxing. We rented kayaks down the road and had an amazing trip to a waterfall. This was the perfect rental for our family of six!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed to cook meals at home, go to beach with a large group, and truly relax in paradise. The location is perfect for exploring all that Kauai’s North Shore has to offer. Loved having bikes to explore nearby gems like Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach, and the new 1 Hotel. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as well. Looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

The home was large enough for our group of eight adults but would be appropriate for small children as well.
The master bedroom Tempur Pedic bed was very comfortable for my husband who always complains about bed comfort when sleeping away from home. Our adult children also gave the beds in their rooms a high comfort rating.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are nicely spaced away from main living area for those needing a quiet place for small children. All bedrooms are large and supplied with a quiet air conditioning unit that you set to your liking.
Note: Make phone calls to property management company the day before arriving to Kauai to ask questions. My experience was difficulty getting a person to speak with after arrival (arrived on a Friday).

We had a great week in Princeville. 8 couples were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen was perfect to cook many meals. The only issue is the driveway is too small to fit more than 2 cars.

Cute house with two of the bedrooms located back behind the laundry room. you are able to shut the door and give those guest some privacy or some parents who want to stay up late a little space. This property was on the second hole of the golf course and had a beautiful view. It was also walkable to Hideaway beach (our favorite beach)and a great open air restaurant called Happy Talk which as a bonus had outdoor music and was showing the basketball game we wanted to watch. Everything provided for the beach and bikes available for use.

Molokama was a dream home for our family and really allowed us to feel incredibly comfortable and spoiled while we enjoyed the beauty of the North side of Kauai! The communication and hosting before, during and after our stay took every worry or need out of our trip. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything our whole multigenerational family needed and we loved the neighborhood feel surrounded by stunning beauty. The location was perfect with amenities nearby like groceries, shopping, farmers market, restaurants, and easy access to Hanalei and Kilauea. We also really really appreciated the extra amenities like bikes, boogie boards, chairs etc. Truly these small details were significant to us enjoying easy access to all the fun we wanted to have! We highly recommend Molokama and the excellent service of its hosts!

This home is located in Princeville - on the golf course. I could not imagine a better location. The views from the home are the most relaxing I have encountered. The green space, with the trees in the background, gave me such peace. This is a very quiet community and I will be back. The home is immaculate, very well maintained and exceeded my expectations. One of the features I enjoyed was the bedroom layout. My son and his wife had a beautiful bedroom with a bedroom next door for their daughter. The master bedroom had separation from the other bedrooms due to the wonderful layout. The fourth bedroom was also private and separated from the other three bedrooms. I would like to comment on the customer service but everything was perfect and required no customer service. I would recommend this property to anyone. You don't even need to golf to rent this beauty - just enjoy the view. Our stay on the island included Backcountry Adventures Tubing, Kauai AVT tour, Holo Holo Charters, Island Helicopters, Makai Golfing, Harley motorcycle rentals, Wailua Kayak, and Anaina Hou Fire Show.

We had a really wonderful stay at Molokama. The house was exactly as advertised, and then some. We were able to comfortably spread out with 7 adults and 1 baby. We made use of the well-appointed kitchen, the living room and the beautiful back patio. We also used the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and probably more .I heartily recommend to anyone who wants to be able to relax in a homey setting and have all the amenities to make your stay memorable.

This spacious home had plenty of room for us and our 3 adult children and their partners. Clean and well-stocked with everything needed to enjoy a trip to the beach. Walking to the beach from the house involves quite a steep trek down and back up so be aware if mobility is an issue. Please note what attractions you plan to visit as the house is quite a distance from the south shore (where many snorkeling trips leave quite early in the morning). This is for information only--we truly LOVED staying here and highly recommend it!

The house was immaculate and fully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the backyard opening up to the golf course was an added bonus. We were a group of 6 and everyone has plenty of room and privacy, while still feeling comfortable and cozy. The kitchen area was the area where we found ourselves most nights; very spacious with a great layout. We would most definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay at the Molakama home on Kauai was perfect. The house was set up so that each of the three families that were staying there had their own space yet had ample room for the group to gather together as an extended family for meals and social activities. The house was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. The location in Princeville was convenient to get to the beaches and other sites in the area with beautiful views of the golf course just out the back door. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family of five stayed at this wonderful property in adorable Princeville on the golf course. We renewed our vows on the fairway in the back of house with beautiful views. Has everything you need AC , bikes ,snorkel gear,beach chairs… Great kitchen. Only thing missing was a pasta bowl!!!

The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Princeville which serves as a great base for a stay on the north side. The home is very nice, but could have used some deeper cleaning. Dishes still had lipstick marks and smudges. The stove and pots and pans had black soot on them. But overall, the house is a nice stay with a good layout for a family with 4 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms.
