The house was nicely kept. No AC that we noticed and the afternoons and evenings got pretty hot inside. But we opened windows for air flow.
The house itself somehow felt like to was leaning somewhat to us, but the beds were comfortable and the walk down the hill to the beach was very short. Lovely stay. Thank you!

We stayed only one night on our road trip but it was a lovely location to stay. Right near the beach, beautiful, calming. The house was clean and cared for. We would visit again.

This place was perfect for my group of adults. It has that old time charm of a cabin on the ocean. It reminds me of a place my grandparents would have had growing up. There was plenty of space for the three of us and a dog. The view for sunset was the best surprise of all.

This little retreat is the perfect location for a weekend getaway. Comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the water. The main bathroom is cozy but functional.
The living room and dining area take you back in time with their wood floors and paneling. If I had only one word to describe this place… it would be “charming”.

What a great place to stay! The home was comfortable and accommodated our whole family. Location was perfect, easy to get to the beach, easy to get to hiking. Communication with the management team and everything went smoothly with check in and check out procedures. I would highly recommend staying here and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

The best part of this place is the location. It is a very close walk to the beach. There are also a few views of the ocean from the main windows. It was a little stuffy when we visited in July, but opening the windows helped quite a bit. The main room was big enough for a pack n' play and the bed was comfortable. The other room my mother stayed in and she said the bed wasn't as comfy. Two of the burners weren't working when we arrived, but the other two were and the property management team was very responsive and helpful.

The location is PERFECT. So close to the beach and just a short walk away from the sand. Clean, cute, and had some character. The stove did not work the day upon arriving, and no small refund for that was offered, which was disappointing, seeing that we wanted to cook some food. Overall, cute place to stay!!

I loved this little house. It was small but functional, location was nice. My only qualm with it is that the heaters are old and noisy. We opted to not have the room heaters on and it got really cold at night. The house could probably use some energy efficient updates but its not a deal killer by any means. The sheets kept us plenty warm.

Overall a lovely vacation property and perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend with family. Although we didn't need it, the new roasting pan and baster was a thoughtful touch. More written information/tips about using the television and living room fireplace and heater would be helpful. Definitely would like to stay again!

We loved our stay! Lovely, clean house. Close to the beach. Quiet! Comfortable beds. Well furnished kitchen. Toys and games. (I loved the doll house building blocks so I got on Ebay and bought one for myself! I'll love sharing it with granddaughters.) A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice. And I wasn't able to get the WIFI. I couldn't make the Instructions given to me work. Suggestion. We have a guest book to sign at our cabin. So fun to remember who has been there. I'd love to stay there again!! Thanks!!

Excellent weekend getaway
Great location. Partial ocean views. Brief jaunt to the beach. Very affordable. Clean. Great natural lighting. Comfortable beds with white sheets. Cute costal decor. Warm and easy to heat on blustery days. A full cupboard of games and puzzles for all ages. We can’t wait to stay in this home again.

Great Spot!
This little home is a really nice and quiet spot resting on the top of a hill that overlooks the ocean. It was perfect for a couples trip. I will say, we did have troubles with the toilet but we were able to happily use the other restroom. I’m sure it will be fixed in no time. Another thing, if you plan to cook, bring seasonings!!! Also, bring cream & sugar if you intend on making the coffee they provide. All in all, it was tons of fun!

The house is very nice and has a great setup; very comfortable. Besides the hill to the beach and back, all was good.

Nice little beach cottage
We had a great time at this house. There was an extra twin bed in the laundry room so that provided a nice extra getaway. The beach was a short walk down the hill and there is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill in case you dont want to walk. We loved sitting around the dining table playing games and listening to music. The couches and beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. There wasn't a grill but we brought our own. The only negatives were the cleanliness. The bottoms of the curtains had what appears to be dog pee stains and the shower curtain was dirty. Also, the linens in the closet were kind of just rolled up and thrown in so we weren't really sure if they had been laundered or not.

Beach house was nice
My friends and I had a nice time celebrating my birthday at this property. I want to say the only bad experience we had was the fact the stove/oven was broken and we weren’t informed prior to our stay and we had brought groceries intending to cook. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Bright and cozy getaway
The house is in a wonderful location close to the beach. Be prepared to work those calves when walking back up the hill from the beach! The house is light and bright because of all of the western facing large windows, they don’t open, so I’m not sure how warm it gets in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the kitchen gadgets you will need and the dining room looks out to the ocean. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the front patio which is large enough for a few chairs and a table that is provided. The house has DVDs and books for you to choose from when you want a relaxing night in. This is a dog friendly house, please keep that in mind if you have allergies. There were a couple items that required me to reach out to the property manager, they responded quickly and were friendly. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Lincoln City.

It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, plus some fun games and it was very close to the ocean, you could hear the waves if the windows were open. The furniture wasn't very comfortable but it didn't really matter since we were out enjoying the beach. If you are looking for comfort spend your money elsewhere but if you are looking for something close to a very nice beach, and where you can cook your own meals this is a good little house. There were a few little maintenance issues but nothing that ruined our trip. The refrigerator is probably on its last leg, and the screen on the front door was busted out, and there was some sort of weird smell in the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved that the property was pet friendly! We will be back :)
