Had a great Labor Day weekend stay here. Cozy home with a great layout. Loved the kitchen, all the spices, and the Viking range. Quick walk over the dune - on the wooden boardwalk - to the beach.
Pointers as to how to improve guest satisfaction: Replace the big frying pan which has a very loose handle. The living room would benefit from a TV on the wall above the fireplace. Also, the couches are too small and uncomfortable. Suggest a L or U shaped couch.

We had a great stay for six (two young kids shared the futon)! Property was clean and comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Easy walk to Pelican and dune as well as several treks to the beach. Great communication and easy arrival/departure, would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Pacific City.

House seemed dirty. No room in kitchen to put food. Had to take random kitchen stuff and move it. The cabinets were a cluster. I’m certain we left it cleaner than when we got there
I would suggest getting a tv in the living room. Picking up and cleaning garage would be good

Excellent location in Pacific City great for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The unit is a free standing single story house within the Shore Pines community with a garage. Furniture and carpets in the unit could use an update otherwise the rest of the space was excellent.

Family friendly in small community
We absolutely loved our stay, the house was spacious and had everything we needed. Right off the back porch is a paved walking path that goes directly to the beach. It's family-friendly, quaint, feels like Sunriver Resort at the beach. We are already booking for next year!

Overall the house was great. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. One room is definitely more appealing than the other two. Keep that in mind when booking with friends. Amenities of the house were great. Appreciated boots for the beach. You’ll need them for the walk especially in winter or spring.

Clean and well appointed: comfortable beds, furnishings, and an unusually well equipped kitchen. No view except the neighbors, but handy to the beach.... a short walk. The layout of the bedrooms is typical: a master suite and two small rooms, designed for a couple with kids. Hard to find homes designed for 3 or 4 single adults, but this home was our best option and we made it work.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and the house was exactly as described/pictured. Communicating with property management was incredibly slow which was surprising. We will most definitely be back!

Best 4th of July Family Vacation
My whole family stayed here for a few nights over 4th of July weekend. The house was great! Nice and open with a great back deck. The walking path to the beach was perfect. Side note: if you have trouble walking uphill this path might not be the best for you. My only complaint was the carpet in the main bedroom had an odor (due to allowing dogs I assume) to it and looks like it's the original carpeting that was put in when the house was built. Other than that everything else was pristine. Would definitely book again!

Super Clean and bright
This house has wonderful new windows which makes it very light & uplifting. Private, quiet deck area with two attached leashes for the dogs which was nice since yard is not fenced. During the pandemic, cleanliness is a top priority and this house was spotless except for the tan carpet in one of the bedrooms. Probably from a previous guest with a dog. The barbecue works but has seen better days. The kitchen was well stocked. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed the dunes & beach and walking trails around the house.

Great stay
The house is very nice and the beach is amazing. We loved our stay. The only downsides were:
1: grill needs to be replaced. It was rusted out and unusable
2: management company didn’t seem on top of things. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and when I called, no answer for 3 calls, and I never ended up getting an answer.
3. WiFi was out the whole time. We were told it would be fixed in 24 hours and it wasn’t, but not a big deal.
The home was great and I’d recommend booking if it’s available. Great little community.

Shorepine Village
We all enjoyed ourselves, even during this covid-19 panic. The weather was perfect but cold! It got down to 28 degrees one night!
I think more blankets would be in order for the two bedrooms. The second bedroom, the one with the pull out bed, wasn't comfortable for the people who stayed with us.
The master bathroom's shower only had cold water, but the other shower was fine.
the first bedroom had a bed that was so low, it was difficult to get out of in the morning. Good for kids, not so much adults.
I really appreciated the art throughout the house!

Super cute home with generous amenities. Light and bright open floor plan. Close to beach and town. Super cute house, warm and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, nice appliances! Generous living room seating gave us all a cozy spot to hang out together. Loved having our Golden retriever with us too!! Management company was available, helpful and followed through in a timely manner - thank you!

Second stay - good as first
This property is in a great location and taken care of. Plenty of room for 2-5 adults. Well stocked kitchen; plenty of utensils, pots, pans and basic spices. There were more than a few large cobwebs hanging around, some staining of carpet in one of the bedrooms and there appeared to be a hot water issue (lack thereof in the master bathroom), other than that there were no issues. This is a pet friendly home, but not pet abused; as dog owners that take our fur babies with us as much as possible - this is very much appreciated. Lively stay and we’ll return to this property for sure.

Perfect Pacific City getaway
We had a great time! It's a very short walk to the beach and Pelican Brewery. We were able to walk to the beach to surf or just to site see. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for cooking and baking. All around it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again.
