Great house and updates they have made. However, you can never get an early check in EVERY. The house is generally cleaned but many areas are very dirty. Check under the furniture (couch and beds) you will see a lot of trash and/or food items. Crumbs in the fridge and freezer. Do not use the ice trays, they are usually dirty. Get a bag of ice. I have explained this to Meredith Lodging on numerous occasions, however they NEVER acknowledge your email/surveys EVER.

Overall this was a fine place to stay. Appliances were all new and spaces were decently clean. They layout upstairs was a little unique but offered more than enough room for our luggage and to setup our pack and play for our infant. The upstairs "master" bathroom is

Overall it was a wonderful experience. The upstairs toilet wasn’t working when we first arrived so we called the property manager and they arranged for someone to come out in the morning. If you have kids/teenagers I would suggest you bring a Roku or something. There is cable available but there didn’t seem to be very many channels available.

This house was very nice and perfect for the 5 of us, and actually had more room than expected. The upstairs room layout was unique and very open and warming. The kids spend all their time in the house up there hanging out. Love tge extra couter in the kitchen to set stuff on.

The overall vibes of this place are as if you were invited to watch over your grandparent’s beach home for a weekend.
This property was cute, very clean, and well organized. It was well stocked with amenities like sheets, towels, coffee, and syrup.
The listing did say that there would be one more bed than there was- until at checkout when we found an extra mattress hiding under one of the upstairs beds! If you need that mattress, check under the beds!
It is worth mentioning that there was some wicker furniture on the deck that was broken. A guest of mine sat on it and it immediately collapsed. The dishwasher also did not seem to work well- so bring paper plates and cups or be ready to hand wash! With these exceptions, this place was a wonderful weekend getaway and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach weekend with friends/family!

Nice time at the beach. Home was cozy, Beds comfortable. Lots of towels and linens and well stocked kitchen. Would have liked the twin set up in the upstairs bedroom as in the photos. Comforters could use a washing. Over all 4 stars.

Door access code in email was incorrect. Management were available to asssit. The bedroom downstairs was freezing the first night. Heat was off when we arrived. It would’ve been a show of hospitality to leave heat on, even if at 65F. The downstairs bed is not comfortable. Very squishy. There’s a whole in the ceiling of that bedroom. Like the bedroom was an after thought. ALL the smoke alarms were beeping when we arrived. You charge a hefty service fee. I don’t feel I got $230 of service. There was a lot of dog hair bn the May and slider. Love the fenced yard!! I wouldn’t rent this property again.

I work remote and rented this home for a few days to get a change of scenery with my kiddos. Overall it worked out great, not a ton of reception in the home, but i made it work. Walking distance to beach was great with my young kids. We absolutely loved it.

Great location and excellent for family
We had had a great time. Our kids were able to walk to the beach, had plenty of room to play and the whole house was kid friendly. I did reach out to the management because there wasn’t any check out instructions I could find, but they were quick to respond. The fridge door wouldn’t stay closed but other than that it was a perfect stay.

This rental is in a great location with easy beach access & close to convenient shopping. The kitchen is well stocked & the fenced in backyard for our furry friend was wonderful. We've stayed here twice & would strongly consider staying here again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, tidy home, great outdoor deck and yard for the dog to play in. Short walk to the beach, close enough to hear the ocean waves. Well-equipped kitchen except that there were only 4 spoons in a house that sleeps 8, and only 2 dish towels. Also, no broom anywhere to be found to tidy up the floor, which needs it after several days of beach play! I left a message for the property manager asking for and they didn't respond. The beds were hard as a rock, and the pillows were either very old, very cheap, or both. Same with the bedding. Also, the smoke detector went off nearly every time we cooked anything, which was multiple times per day.All in all, the place had some good things and some annoying things. Not likely to stay again.

Beware of what your read!
Just a quick warning, check in is late... 5pm, Our check in was delayed until 6pm per message left on my voicemail. . We arrived at 6pm and the cleaning lady was still there and mentioned it would be another hour before she was done. At that point we had to wait on the patio until 7pm For her to finish. The stated cleaning practices were definitely not being observed. There was no mask, no gloves and no shoe coverings being worn by the cleaner. There was also no final walk through inspection as described in the rental advertising . By the time we finally were able to get in we felt it was unsafe and had to air out the whole house, enter with masks on, and wipe down all surfaces With gloves prior to even using the home. One of the reasons we chose to rent here under this company establishment was the cleaning practices stated and we felt safe to rent here being in the middle of a pandemic.
If you are renting this one feeling like it's safer than others IT IS NOT!!
Also tried to follow up with property manager and no response after 3-4 attempts to speak with them on this matter.

The property location was great. Rough start to check-in.
Not being able to check in right away because our code was incorrect was not good especially since check in is now at 5pm. Nothing that was sent to me nor was located in the home told us what the wifi password was. Garbage was stacked so high and was left around the garbage can that it was blowing into the road. Whoever was there before us left pop cans and garbage in the backyard and around the deck, cleaning people did not pick up. We left it because honestly with covid-19 I did not want to be touching other people's things. The house was great and the deck was better. Wonderful place to hang out with the dog.

Perfect Cozy Beach House
We had four adults and four children stay for the weekend. Great location with beach a quick walk across the street. The house was family friendly with a lot of sleeping options. Safeway, Walgreens and a variety of restaurants within a five minute drive.

Cozy house close to beach access
We found this house to be comfortable for two people and enjoyed the close beach access. The fireplace was wonderful for our winter visit and we used it often. The fenced yard was convenient for our dog. I appreciated that there were basic supplies like dish soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent provided. The wifi worked fine while we were there, and we were able to stream TV with no problems. The beach access at Road's End is about a block and a half away, so convenient for either walking or driving.

The house is cute and has serviceable beds for 8. One challenge is there isn’t really enough seating around the table for 8 or in the living room. Overall we had a fun time and the location is really convenient for beach access.
