Villeneuve Loubet was not listed on the guidebook I bought, but when I found it by booking.com, I immediately decided to stay here, because I wanted to stay at the room having spectacular view of the beach in front. That was turned to be a great decision. It is more quiet than other destinations, such as Canne, Nice and Monaco. Loco peoples come here for sun-basing, just for relaxing, waking with dogs for sometime or fishing for a day. It was a really peaceful and relaxing moment I stayed. We can go to Canne, Nice and Monaco from 30 to 40min by train. We can get a bus to Canne and Nice too.

This was my second stay at this appartement. I love the location right at the beach. The view is just stunning. The appartement has everything one needs and the bed is comfy. It's quiet, supermarkets are only a few minutes away, the internet works perfektly, everything is just great. The parking garage is convinient, althought I'd recommend it only for small cars.

Communication was fast and helpful. I wish I could have started longer and will definitely book this apartment again.

A perfect place for a young couple or a single person or a digital nomad/télétravail. Perfect workstation setup, lights, ambiance, sea view, sound of waves, complete serenity. The studio has all the modern amenities, very near to train station, the host is very nice and very kind. It's really a 'coin de paradis'. If you are looking for a place to give yourself some time to sit back, relax, gather your thoughts together in the closeness of the sea and maybe find a better propose in what you are doing, then this is the perfect place, even when you are working from home ;-)

It's little secluded from the busy city life, also could be bette to have a microwave, but there is nothing else to complain at all.
