GREAT LOCATION-1st STREET CONDO WITH POOL
Condominio de 1 dormitorio recientemente renovado a solo unos pasos del acceso público a la playa. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario e incluye una cafetera keurig, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Ropa de cama y baño incluido con el alquiler. Disfruta de la gran terraza frente al océano donde puedes relajarte y escuchar el océano o descansar junto a la piscina. Con solo 9 unidades en el complejo hacinamiento no es un problema.

This was a clean, simple condo. The location is good, just steps from the beach. It has a pool which is a good alternative when loading out to the beach is too much. The kitchen needs a little help. There was no real coffee maker, just a Keurig. I left behind a new moka pot for the next renters. There was no dish drainer for drying dishes, and only three dish towels. I would expect more since there is no dishwasher. Renters need to know to bring soap for the shower and additional toilet paper. I don't believe paper products are provided, just what is left by previous renter. Also, beds were not made when we arrived. Clean linens were found in the dressers but we had to make the beds up ourselves. Maybe a small detail, but something to know if arriving late. The main room could use some lamps. There was only overhead lighting. I was surprised there were no games or other basic options for entertainment. Not even a deck of cards. I have rented many vacation places and there have always been a few books, puzzles, and games to use. This condo is stripped down and simple. The finishes are new and it is comfortable. I would hope for a few of the above amenities for future renters.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, it was a real gem of a find and we will certainly look to stay again in the future. It was very clean & well maintained, the location was great just across from the beach, and it had great amenities such as smart TVs in each room. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay!

Clean, quiet ( out of 9 condos we were only ones there from arrival until departure) easy access to beach. Just right amount space for two adults.Only issue a concern was the laundry room door wouldn’t unlock at one point during our stay.

Property was clean. Very short walk to beach access. Wesley was very quick to respond. Pool was well maintained and not crowded, in fact we usually had it to ourselves. Would definitely book again for a future trip.

The unit pictures were just as seen in the VRBO website. Was clean and it was everything we anticipated that it was. It’s only 12 steps up to the unit which is very nice. The only thing I would’ve liked to of had was a dishwasher. The closet in the one room was locked and the other closet had cleaning supplies in it, so there really wasn’t any place to hang any clothing. Other than that it was a great fit for the two of us.

Great experience. The condo is perfect for 2. There is room to sleep 4 and if only 1 bathroom isn’t an issue— go for it. Everything was there if we wanted to prepare meals . Very short walk to the beach and close enough to hear the ocean from the deck. We’d stay here again.

Clean, cute, perfect for small family
This was our third time staying at Wes’s condo, and we love this place! The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach with a public access just a couple houses down. The condo is decorated cute, and they have everything you need to cook there and relax! Perfect for our family with two young kids. They love the bunk bed!
