Everything you need is there. The property is old and could use some upgrading. The carpet is worn, a couple of light switches worn, but the beds are great and the bathrooms are rooming and modern.

Right on the boulevard, just a few steps to the beach. Lots of room nicely furnished. Due to unforeseen events, we could not have our family there, but friends joined us for dinner and a night. Everything was as advertised ot better. Parking is tricky at first, but easy after you learn the ropes.

Everything was as listed. We loved how close to the beach this location was . We had an issue with parking our oversized van in the garage, but was so grateful that the property Manager came by and offered us a spot very close on his property. Thank you

House was nice , parking garage very narrow but able to squeeze in the van rental, showers took a long time to get hot but we heard that it’s normal for that area.

Convenient location. Tandem parking tight, but manageable (2001 Nissan Maxima & 2016 Volvo XC90). Great communication.

Fantastic location. The kids and adults had so much to do within walking distance. Felt very safe and relaxed. Disappointed by the bikes available for use. They are horribly rusted and in poor shape.

This property is in a great location! Minutes (walking on semi private pathway) to the beach in one direction, and the bay in the other. Close enough to food places and Belmont Park to walk. Three full baths a plus, although 1st floor shower can run out of hot water. Okay if you are quick! Bathrooms all updated and are very nice! Had a flat tire on one of the provided bikes, and the owner was quick to respond. Some of the furnishings are a bit older, but this is a Family Friendly rental, not the Ritz!! A great value for the price! 2 car tandem garage is good for mid size or smaller vehicles. We parked our SUV in it the 1st night, but then opted for street parking after, because it was just a bit too tight. Would definately stay here again!

The home was clean and the proximity to the beach was great! Street noise was a little loud. The home is a little outdated and could use some updating in furnishings but we still had a wonderful time.

This property is nice for a beach rental. As other reviewers have said, it is close to the street so you get some street noise. Not a problem for us as we sleep with a noise machine. A 2 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient. Lots of space for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. Perfect size. Kitchen didn't have really any extras besides salt and pepper. Fridge was HUGE! Tandem garage worked for our 2 full size cars. Would have been nervous to have SUVs. Laundry does require coins. Overall great stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and Al was very responsive to our needs. Our unit was spacious and in a great location a short walk to the beach. We loved sitting in the sunshine on the patio! On the cool evenings, it was cozy sitting inside by the fire. Thanks for the space to be together with a couple long-time friends. Nancy Bragg

Great location literally a 2 minute walk to the beach

Overall, we had what we needed. The good part is it’s roomy, close to the beach, and a full kitchen. Few minor things we did not expect. The friend who stayed in one of the bedrooms upstairs did not have TP in the bathroom. There is a consistent of smell throughout our stay, the blinds are dirty, esp. the ones on the front door. There is also problems with the hot water in the downstairs shower. It ran out of hot water after a few minutes. The garage is VERY narrow. We have a midsize car and had a hard time getting in and out of the car once we parked.

This place was perfect for a friends Group trip to SD. Was very clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions and just a minute walk to the beach! Comfortable beds and the 3 full baths was clutch. The only slight issue was there was only a half roll of extra toilet paper so we had to buy our own when 2 bathrooms ran low/out. Not sure if that has happened before but it wasn’t a big deal at all. I highly recommend this place and am already thinking of booking it again!

This condo is located just far enough away from the busier parts of Mission and Pacific beaches for peace and quiet, but still only steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Perfectly sized for a large family or group of friends and came with all the essential kitchen items.

The house worked very well for our family’s annual get together time. I would definitely rent it again.
