The overall house was amazing. The sofa, patio furniture and the upstairs master bed was worn down a little. If those things were updated this house would be perfect.

We loved the lay out of the house it was perfect for 2 families to stay in. They were missing some stuff that was listed - like the high chair. We called and they promised to deliver it on our second day but they did not. The house itself needed touch up as the walls are filthy and really scuffed up. Dirty carpet, and we just didn’t find the place very clean as we have baby’s crawling around. The carpet has definitely seen better days. Some of the appliances didn’t work - the dishwasher rack was broken, microwave didn’t work and the dryer hose was disconnected (we did some maintenance and connected it ourselves but you may want to look into this). The layout of the house, the pool, the community and especially the location made up for the things we didn’t like.

Large home suitable for families.
We specified we wanted everything cleaned well and that we would also be using the pool and gas grill to make sure those were cleaned as well before our visit, which they were.
The outdoor lounging chairs were all broken and the chairs around the outside table were in rough shape. There was not enough forks and spoons for our party of 10 which was an inconvenience and the tv had very limited channels.
The room with a ping pong table and tv was nice but the rug was disgusting and carpets could definitely be cleaned.
There are no instructions as to garbage procedures or check out.
The resort as well is very limited, only outdoor pool and fitness room.
Overall, the house was large enough but definitely needs upkeep.

The stay in your house was beautiful. The setup was amazing. The pool was perfect. I love the fact that each room had its own bathroom.

The neighborhood was great very quiet, and clean.
The property is not very well kept, the walls was filthy the carpet was dirty and items that was supposed to be in the house was not working. (iron)
The owner of the property needs to invest and do some. updates for instance the beds were horrible, need to invest in better mattress for the beds. lounge chairs by the pool needs to be replaced there was holes in the chairs, microwave needs to be replaced it didn't work.
The outdoor grill was filthy could not use it because it was extremely dirty. Corners of the rooms had spider webs and bugs trapped in them, broken chair at the dining table held together with duct tape.
We don't wear our shoes inside and the bottom of our socks was full of hair.
I work in the travel industry, and I would never recommend this property.

Wonderful, clean accommodation. Nice location with lots of shopping about a mile in all directions. 20-minute drive to major theme parks. The community is quiet, gated and beautiful with a very nice pool and clubhouse. Rooms were spacious and more than enough bathrooms for everyone. The ‘game room’ has a ping pong table which became the secondary focus for the kids. Our pool was green and unusable for our first 2 days of our stay but a call the maintenance was answered. I would definitely recommend this as an adult home, kids got kind of bored. I would suggest the owners some board games or kid themed items to be a bit more family-friendly. Overall this was a great home but we had to entertain the kids.

Stayed here with several families from my daughter’s volleyball team who we didn’t know very well. This property was perfect! We had plenty of room to gather and get to know one another and then each family had their own room & bathroom. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and pool! Great value!

It was GREAT to be with family. However, the NBA finals were on and no cable in the home entire stay. Forced to stream on one t.v. Overall, the home was Beautuful and the neighborhood was so pleasant. Shopping and restaurants very close. Amusement parks are near by as well.

Everything was wonderful. Property had leaking fridge which we just put towels down for and a running toilet but other then that no issues at all.

This house is dirty. Everything was a problem. We constantly called the property manager and received the response call back tomorrow… the maintenance guy was wonderful he came and saw all the things that were a problem but couldn’t fix them all that day himself. But there were soo many issues that never got resolved. To name a few from the first day once we arrived were; the pool, the clogged sinks, the bed room fan not working, 1 bed was broken. Some doors didn’t close, the microwave didn’t work, the ac was broken, there were no can openers, and more…

BEST HOUSE BOOKED YET FOR DISNEY
This home was absolutely stunning my family enjoyed the stay we hated to leave , each room
had its own bathroom which made getting ready a absolute breeze , the only problems we had was the propane tank was empty & the walls could use a fresh coat of paint other than that we absolutely enjoyed our Stay , this home is also 25 minutes from Disney which was also another plus for us !!!

A lot of space
My family and I had a great time at this house. Plenty of space. The only things we had problems with are the same things in past reviews. The house could use a coat of paint, the Keurig did not work, the refrigerator and freezer needs maintenance it’s get real cold and didn’t make ice. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Great, Large Space; Not So Great Maintenance
Let's start with the "Great":
My family & I travel frequently, and this was surely a great space for us! The kitchen was clean, super spacious and well-stocked. There is adequate seating for large families to eat together. The living area is large enough for a big group to enjoy a movie together on a super comfortable sofa (in great condition), in addition to the game room and the seating it provides. Each bathroom was also clean, with great water pressure which is always important to me.
The "Not So Great":
Upon entering this beautiful home, the first thing we noticed is the walls were FILTHY! The railings in the stairway were as well. This could be due to a flat paint being used, making it super difficult to clean and maintain. However, it was a HUGE red flag! Next, the icemaker in the fridge needed a filter, so we purchased ice. We were pretty disappointed that there were no lights in the pool area, so swim after dusk is impossible. There was hair found in several of the nine beds in the home, when we arrived. Neither of the coffee makers in the home worked, so we purchased one and left it. The grills were absolutely disgusting, and the gas grill did not work. A lot of the bedroom furniture was pretty worn, chipped, dirty, with water damage as well. It was, also, not clear that we would not have access to the garage during our stay. While a lot of this colored OUR experience, I do think that most, if not all, of the issues are easy fixes that could help the next guests have a better experience!
Our last issue came about during the checkout experience. There's a book left on the counter with instructions that state checkout is 11:00am. At about 10:05am, the cleaning team rang the doorbell as we were gathering our belongings to leave the property. They told us "You need to hurry! 10!" We then showed them the binder that was left out, they took photos, and called someone, then (impatiently) waited at the door for us to exit the home. While that was uncomfortable, the process could be updated and laid out clearly for everyone to understand and follow.
The house was fairly priced, and the property manager communicated well each time we reached out!

Florida family vacation
The house is beautiful but it really Needs a fresh coat of paint in the interior. Had to clean all the surfaces because they were full of dust and dirt. They clearly had not been cleaned prior to our check in but overall it was perfect for my large group.

In Need of Some Minor Maintenance
We enjoyed our stay, but as others mentioned, the property is in need of some maintenance such as painting and the blinds in the living room and dining room should be replaced or fixed. There are instructions that the garbage would be picked up everyday except Wednesday and Saturday and that it should be tied in a bag and not loose. There was garbage piled up in the bench outside when we checked in and spelled bad with flies flying around it. It was eventually picked up but I called twice because there was loose garbage inside and it smelled and caused flies, each time I was told someone would pick it up but no one ever came. Upon check out the beds had to be stripped and I saw that the pillows were dingy and the mattress covers looked worn and dingy, this alone will make me think twice before renting a home again.

The location was nice and the house was a perfect size for my family.
The check in process was horrible. We didn't get access to the house until almost 9pm after calling customer service and spending almost 2hrs on the phone. When arriving garbage was stacked up high outside the front door. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close them all the way.

Okay House
They should really put more signs up about street parking. The way they tow cars is ridiculous. Hot tub didn’t work , which was a bummer kids kept asking about it because all surrounding neighbors had working ones. Nice house! Good area. Check in was easy.

The house was clean but under the sofa they need to start checking because it was bottles top under the pillows.... other than that no complaints oh and we could not use the jacuzzi...that was sad

A Trip to Remember
Our large group from GA enjoyed this home from the time they rode through the gates. All of the individuals had their own spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen was large and open to the family room. The cooks had everything they could imagine in this chefs kitchen. The patio and pool area was immaculate!!!! The location was perfect and was able to wantch the fireworks show each night from the patio. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Great stay!
My family had a wonderful time at this property! The check in process was so simple and we had no hiccups during our stay. Some family members agreed with the reviews that stated some things could be touched up or replaced...it would make this wonderful home even greater!

Hot Tub wasn’t working
I was looking forward to get in the hot tub, but it was nasty with no water. I called and talked to someone. but nobody came to fix it. But other than that the house was very nice. and me and my family enjoyed ourselves.

We came in from ct were it was still snowing we wanted to enjoy our stay we were very excited about the sun and the pool cooking in the back yard but we didn’t enjoy that the pool was dirty the back yard area was dirty debrie all in it puzzle all in it

Nice spacious home!
This was a spacious home a nice neighborhood ..There are some things that can be be improved ..The carpets need to be shampooed ,patio cushions need to cleaned , the higher window seals need to be cleaned(dead bugs)lights replaced, and walls cleaned..Granted it’s normal wear and tear but needs improvement..I would definitely stay again once things are improved.

Fun
This home had plenty of room, no one was on top of each other. Lites in room where ping pong table was at only had one bulb . Towels weren’t in bathroom. Bring your own. But will go back and rent again.
