We arrived, put in the code from the email we had recently received through VRBO and were greeted by a noisy small dog. It was obvious someone was living there. We called the property manager who was apologetic and refunded our money immediately but we were still left finding a new place to stay…

My stay was wonderful, despite the weather. Good location and close many places to eat, walking distant to shops and the beach.
Ceiling lights above the bed didn't work and bathroom door really tight. Hooks on back door prevent it from fully opening, maybe replace it with a curtain.

Francesca’s studio is charming. For a studio, it has a nice layout. It had everything I needed for a short stay. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach. I would stay there again.

LOVE, LOVE this property. Walking distance to everything. Perfect space for my husband and I. We travel to SD 3-5 times a year. This cottage is going to be our perm home away from home. Francesca was awesome.

Had the best trip in San Diego! Francesca's apartment was in the perfect location!! Three blocks from the beach, right across the street from an amazing grocery store, and basically 10 minutes from so many amazing locations in San Diego! The check in process was quick and easy, and Francesca was super responsive with any questions I had. Her place is quaint, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Highly recommend! :)

We Love Ocean Beach!
The apartment was cute! The only thing we would’ve changed is having air conditioning during this time of high humidity in Cali! The property owner was friendly as well!

Noisey
The studio was clean and Francesca was a lovely host.
However, We did not know this location was on the flight path of the SD airport. It was very noisey, planes started taking off at 6:00 am.
