We really liked this place! The table and couch are huge. The beds were all comfortable. There was plenty of space to have family over plus a nice fenced in yard for our dog. We would definitely rent this house again next time we are in town!

We enjoyed our time at the home. The location is hard to beat, being close to the Rail Trail, restaurants & retail. The house itself is comfortable with a fairly well-stocked kitchen. I’m glad I read previous reviews before arrival & knew to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins, as there was limited supply upon arrival. Our only complaint would be the air conditioning. With a full house, we were not able to cool the house like we’d prefer, but the evenings cooled down enough to make it comfortable for sleeping. We cannot rate the jacuzzi since we never used it, but the backyard was nice for evening meals. Communication with both the owner & the management company were excellent.

The property was in an ideal location. Two other family members stayed at The Sheraton and walked to the house. Lots of room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub every day and many times a day. The bikes were a plus. The only thing needed was more kitchen towels. We cooked everyday and with 13 people - that’s a lot of dish drying. And the kitchen faucet dripped unless you turned it off a certain way. Also, the commode in the guest bathroom downstairs ran continuously.

Really no big complaints other than the deck needs attention and the sliding glass door and screen. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us.

In town for a family wedding in the spring and this house suited our needs well. The house had great spaces and accommodated the adults and kids well. The hot tub was fairly new and nice to have on cool evenings, though bare feet on the splintering deck is iffy. The dining and living room were comfortable spaces for the group. The kitchen was oddly stocked, missing some basic essentials which made simple cooking more challenging than needed. Newly updated bathrooms were very nice. Overall a great house that is very close to everything we needed. Perfect offseason spot for us.

If location is the piriority in real estate, then this was the best. In the middle of everything--so convenient. Property manager is on call 24/7 and arrives in 5-10 minutes to care for any problems--like how to use the tv! House accommodated 12, ranging from 70-5 years of age. Three full baths, hot tub, and large kitchen- -eating area. We loved it. Hope it's available for us next trip.

Great house with plenty of room for our group of 9. Great location, easy to get to all the shops and restaurants around town either by driving or the town shuttle. All our questions were taken care of quickly and effectively. Hot tub was a big hit as well.

It was a nice place. Some repairs need to be done. They handled the few issues quickly. (Nothing major).

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving get-together! Plenty of space for 8 people with bed/bedrooms to spare and enough seats around the dinner table and on the couch for our group. Check-in was easy: Chris and Andy were quick to respond to any questions. The house is well-appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. We had plenty of towels for showers and post-hot tub. The bathrooms even came with fancy Grown Alchemist amenities! The driveway easily fits 2 cars and the garage had a washer/dryer which came in handy. The only thing we ran short on was toilet paper but the location of the house is convenient to grocery stores (as well as restaurants and the shuttle stop!) Overall, a great stay!

This met our needs quite well. Room for all 9 of us to gather, sleep and share meals. Loved the hot tub, spacious rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Great location with grocery and restaurants just blocks away and close to the RaiIroad Trail access. The host made contact a week out and property manager was very quick to respond. I would recommend to friends. Now for the nitpicky stuff: The updated interior has seen some wear and tear in places. We had to use some outdoor chairs to seat all 9 of us at the dining room table. The back deck is in need of an update. If you like a firm bead, choose one of the downstairs bedrooms. We also weren’t aware that the daylight basement (separate entrance) is rented out and one side of the driveway was reserved for the renters to park in. Street parking could be a challenge in peak season. Overall, we had a great stay.

What a beautifully decorated property with a great layout for family entertainment. There was plenty of space to play games and be outside enjoying the back yard and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the proximity to the bus stop and several restaurants in walking distance. The property is also close to some walking trails. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was great to work with.

The owner, Chris was very responsive. The house is well maintained and was clean. The beds are very comfortable! The neighborhood setting is very convenient for walking to stores and restaurants. Snd the ski resorts. The access to the Rail Trail is perfect for daily walks.

We overall enjoyed the property. We had a great time and fit comfortably with 8 adults and 3 kids. We ended up purchasing a pack-n-play bed and a baby gate for the stairs. The house did not offer one so we went ahead and left it there incase we rent again so that should be there for future renters. The house was overall wonderful. The location with the bus being across the street was very nice. We also appreciated the games and toys in the closet under the stair case. My main reason for giving the location 4 stars was the fact we only received one toilet paper roll for each of the three bathrooms. After texting the manager asking where we could find more in the house we were told that after one roll we would have to purchase the rest. With some many people being in the house especially with kids 3 toilet paper rolls for a week is not enough. I know it sounds crazy but It would have been very nice to know that things like paper towels and toilet paper we would only receive one roll. Instead with one night left we were having to run to the store in a snow storm to purchase toilet paper. Also the upstairs is extremely warm. It would feel like we were walking into another house walking up the stairs. We would set the thermostat on 66 at night when it was around 10 degrees outside and the upstairs felt between 85-90 degrees. Overall would rent again.

The house is exactly how it looks online - very spacious. Very close to the mountain by Uber or the bus which picks up right across the street. Close to Main Street and restaurants.

Everything was great.. Chris was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed their room with the multiple beds. Carpet in one room was fair, other than that it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time in PC!

We really liked this property, close to eating places, nice sidewalks for walking. The home interior was large and accommodating for our group of 10. The living area was very comfortable and spacious. Some of the kitchen chairs were uncomfortable to sit on, They had to bring us dishwashing soap, and soap for some of the bathrooms, but they came very quickly when we text them about it.The loft with a lot of the beds really got warm at night, but they supplied a few fans to help with that. Overall we were pleased with the house and would probably go back again.
