CELEBRATING OUR 14TH YEAR RIGHT ON THE LAKE - LAKETIME COTTAGE - NO FEES!
Gracias por visitar nuestra lista. Laketime Cottage está a solo un minuto a pie de nuestra otra propiedad (VRBO listado # 290131).
Si está buscando una escapada de fin de semana o un lugar para una mini reunión, LAKETIME COTTAGE es para usted. Estamos ubicados en un barrio residencial tranquilo con carreteras pavimentadas. Estamos ubicados directamente sobre el agua con un gran muelle con escalera de baño para uso de todos nuestros huéspedes. El recibo cubierto está disponible para los huéspedes que lo soliciten al momento de la reserva sin costo adicional. Raper Hollow es una ensenada grande que no se despierta junto al lago principal en South Grand Lake. Estamos ubicados a solo un corto viaje en bote hasta la desembocadura de la cala. Al final de nuestra cala se encuentra Clearwater Bay Marina para satisfacer sus necesidades de navegación. I had a girls weekend at this house and we had a blast. We spent a lot of time at the dock and took a kayak out. Nearly everything was as expected. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we weren't able to lock the back doors. We weren't so much concerned with daytime issues, but made us uneasy at night. We maneuvered a way to keep a back door closed but would've preferred a more reliable lock. Once that issue is fixed, I would visit again!

We loved our stay! Host is fantastic! Mattresses could be replaced but that was our only complaint. We will be back!

My family had a great time at the little place. The location was perfect for what we wanted and it was very peaceful. We loved the use of the kayaks and paddle boat. The fishing was good also. Ron was a wonderful host and really helped our stay be very enjoyable. Hope to come back!

We had a great time at this cabin by the lake, where we could enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Ron was a wonderful host who made us feel at home right away. He made everything easy for us, from check-in to check-out. The cabin was cozy, clean and had all the amenities we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the peaceful location and the view of the lake. We spent most of our time at the dock and had lots of fun fishing. We can't wait to come back. Thanks, Ron.

We love the Laketime Cottage! Its perfect for a get away from busy life for a few days. We love fishing from the dock! We have caught many crappie! The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have stayed there for a few days for the last 3 years. We plan on visiting every year!

This was our second time staying at the Lake Time Cottage. This time we took our friends, they were amazed on how quite the neighborhood was. The scenery at sunset is always beautiful. It’s very well stocked and clean. Ron and his wife are terrific people.Thanks again for having the Brummett family and friends.

Had a great time at the lake. The owner's were welcoming and made our stay great! No fish as it was cold but did take out the Paddle boat and kyak. The fire pit was great to warm up to.

My buddy caught a 25 pound blue cat off the dock. That was the highlight of our trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights while the kids were out of school for fall break. The property was great for our group of 6. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. It is a short walk down to the dock and water. We had good luck fishing off the dock catching catfish, bass and bluegill. Also took advantage of the kayaks that were provided. If we return to the area again this will be on our short list of places to stay!

Great house and location. Nice cove easy access to the water. Perfect for a small group we had 4 adults. You will not be disappointed if you chose this property. Ron (Owner) is helpful and friendly, made everything easy. We will be back next year.

89er Guys trip
Property was absolutely perfect for our annual 89 or Guys Trip! Lots of outdoor space on the patio overlooking the lake, nice easy haul to the boat dock Making very easy access to our boat. Property was extremely clean perfect size with plenty of sleeping room for five guys. Ron was absolutely amazing host catering to our every need! This is an annual trip and we intend on booking this property again absolutely five stars!!!

Best Hosts on the Lake!
Beautiful view and amazing hosts! Ron and his wife always go above and beyond to make sure every detail is thought of. We stayed a few years ago and this was our second visit. They have made so many amazing updates to the cabin and property that improved on a great place! Lots of fun accessories to use on the dock, comfortable beds, friendly neighbors, calm spot in the cove to swim and relax!

My advice is get all your groceries & drinks and bring in with you because stores & restaurants are many miles away. :) We didn't leave except to pick up our to go Chinese order at Mr Shing's: highly recommend.
Also, go check out the Oasis animal center nearby, you could practically walk there. I believe in the summer they do outdoor theater with the animals. We saw it on our way out leaving the lake house.

We traveled to this vacation rental spot with our family all the way from central Colorado and my mom joined us from Missouri. We appreciated the lake view, the use of pedal boat, the kayak & especially Ron taking time out of his day to give us a boat ride that we loved! We also enjoyed the swings & fire pit.
My advice is get all your groceries & drinks and bring in with you because stores & restaurants are many miles away. :) We didn't leave except to pick up our to go Chinese order at Mr Shing's: highly recommend.
Also, go check out the Oasis animal center nearby, you could practically walk there. I believe in the summer they do outdoor theater with the animals. We saw it on our way out leaving the lake house.

We loved the location. This place had everything you want for a getaway. Dock, with lots of toys, deck, grill, fire pit. Dock in cove with no wake for enjoyable swimming area directly off the dock.
