Beautiful house located near Edgartown and South Beach. It was great for our family of three couples and a baby. We just wished that there was a table on the lovely deck that accommodated more than four people for a meal. However, the table inside accommodated our needs.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s the perfect spot between Edgartown and South Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for morning coffee and nights when we grilled in. The six of us enjoyed the game room with the pool table, jigsaw puzzles, and board games. We can’t wait to come back to our happy place!

Girls trip
This was the perfect house for our girls trip before one of the girls got married this summer. There was plenty of space for hanging out and the sleeping arrangements were great. The Hot Tub was so much fun to relax in after dinner. Everything was clean and the beach chairs on the side of the house were perfect since we didn't have a car to bring our own. Liz the owner even messaged me afterwards and let me know that I had forgotten a small bag at the house. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Vineyard home
Seaglass Cottage is bright, comfortable, and spacious - the room with the pool table and the hot tub were both big hits with my family during our stay last weekend. There are several decks to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciated the high ceilings and unique architecture. The area is quiet yet close to both South Beach and town. We all hope to have another opportunity to visit and stay there!

Lovely stay in wonderful and interesting home
This is a great property, a creative and inspiring space. Ample living areas, both in and out, laid out so privacy can be had by members of family/friends if desired Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table were all nice features. It is a corner lot, a road runs beside it, but we did not find this to an issue. Nice location to get to both South Beach and Edgartown. Hosts were responsive and pleasant. We would stay here again for sure. Thanks Liz and Paul!

Vineyard perfection!
The Seaglass Cottage was even better in person than in the pictures. It was airy, spacious, and quiet (away from downtown areas, but not a far drive). The game room was a great way to spend time at night winding down or on rainy days. The kitchen was convenient and was a great flow with the open floor plan. All and all, it exceeded our expectations!!

Spent another summer vacation at Seaglass and similar to last year, the property exceeded all of our expectations. Great location, lots of room to spread out and all the perks you’d find at home. We already booked another week next summer!

Wonderful return visit!
This is our second summer at Seaglass. We love the location near the Great Pond and Morning Glory Farm. The house has plenty of space for our family with 3 teens. We especially enjoyed eating on the deck, the hot tub and pool table.

We had a great stay. House is very comfortAble. Overall House is great but a little far from town but we had a car so no problem. Should have provided paper towels.

Loved it
Beautiful home. Had a thoroughly enjoyable June stay here for 3 nights. Hot tub and pool table were a hit. Great group runs to south beach and back. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home within a quick drive or long-ish walk to the center of Edgartown. It was very clean and comfortable, the beds were great and the pool table was lots of fun for everyone. Thank you very much!

Wonderful week in Edgartown!
We spent a fantastic week in this lovely house. Our group included two college age kids and three adults. The pool table was a huge hit with everyone, even with a week of perfect weather! The hot tub was one of the nicest I’ve seen and we enjoyed star gazing while we soaked. :-) The house is spacious and interesting. We loved the stained glass windows and other unique features. Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive to all our communications. We definitely plan to come back to MV and would love to stay in this house again!

Great for all ages!
Delightful island experience without the crowds. The house seemed bigger than advertised and very clean. Jacuzzi and pool table were a highlight. Accommodations were comfortable and there were plenty of reading materials (I enjoyed reading JAWS!). Only down side was there was nowhere to put the trash at the end of our stay (trash was full when we arrived on Thursday).

Great layout, furniture and ambience.
Hot tub and green space terrific. Decks also good spaces. House needs a thorough cleaning, updating of missing dishes, etc. Kitchen drawers need organizing. Bedding was old and needed refreshing. I imagine it needed TLC due to the pandemic. We had an amazing time and overlooked all the above. Just useful info for future rentals.

We had a great weekend in this lovely house in Edgartown. It is isolated, but a short distance from the center of town. The house has plenty of space and is charming. I would stay again.

Beautiful house! Excellent location
We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating - especially during the tricky time of Covid. Plenty of room for our family - and lots for our 3 teenagers to enjoy. Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table, outdoor decks for relaxing and eating. The location was excellent! We could easily get to Edgartown, Morning Glory Farm, the Great Pond, South Beach.
We will definitely return again and again!!!

Spectacular Edgartown Vacation Home
We had a fabulous vacation at the Seaglass Cottage! The house is beautiful -- very spacious but with charming architectural details that give it a cozy vibe. We loved the hot tub (we were in it every day), the pool table, which was great for our teens, and the two different decks (perfect for lounging or eating meals outside). The house is a short run or bike ride away from South Beach, and it's very easy to get into downtown Edgartown too. It was nice to be so close to the Great Pond as well. The house really offers everything you could possibly want in a Martha's Vineyard vacation. The owners were very helpful with information and were quick to respond if we had any questions too.
This was by far the best home we have ever rented. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back again next summer!

Fabulous getaway with all the perks
Beautiful Edgartown home with lots of character and fantastic amenities for adults and children. Home is well-cared for and the owners do a great job of communicating throughout the rental process. Hot tub and pool table make for great entertainment when not spending time at the beach. Would definitely rent again next summer!

Had a great wedding weekend!
Had family getting married in town so we rented this lovely little home. Was about 2 miles from downtown. Close enough to get an Uber from anywhere but far away enough to not be in the hub bub of downtown. This house has many little features that make the stay nice. The roof top deck, the stained glass windows and the hot tub. The location was nice and private so we hung out on the side deck a lot too. I would rent here again for sure!

5* for Sea Glass Cottage
Sea Glass Cottage is a lovely home away from home. Better than the photos can depict. Roomy, comfortable and quaint. Plenty of porch space, yard and patios around every corner. The hot tub and pool room are added bonuses that were perfect for the family. Easily fit our group of 7, with plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable or have private space. Furnished with super cozy furniture and a nice blend of antique pieces to truly make it a special place.
The owners made check in and out easy and are prompt to communicate if need be.
The location is private with an easy 10 minute bike ride to South Beach and the center of Edgartown. Easy to access the other towns and sites. A quick 10 - 20 minutes from everything the island has to offer. We love fresh fruit and veggies so it's proximity to the Morning Glory Farm's market was ideal.

Property is everything as described and space was perfect for our family gathering. Communication with owner was very prompt and always helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The house was comfortable and convenient.
The house had great space for the seven of us, but with a few issues. The microwave didn’t work, not a big deal for us. There were only 2 pool sticks that were in decent shape, but we managed! Also, the homeowner might want to address the weeds/vines that are creeping through inside the game room as well as in between the deck boards. It was a nice distance from the beach and Edgartown. In fact, it was better to bike ride into town than take a car.

Beautiful classic MV house close to Edgartown & South Beach.
Our stay at Sea Glass Cottage was one of the highlights of our friend's wedding weekend! The house is in a great location close to Edgartown and South Beach. The hot tub was great for relaxing late night or after a day on the beach. The pool table was also a focal point of our activities around the house during the weekend. And the outdoor shower is one of life's simple, but great, pleasures.

Amazing
Rented this property while I was in town for a wedding and couldn't have been happier. The pictures do not do this house justice. Open rooms, two large decks, and the house itself is immaculate. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Amazing home, beautiful Interior, clean, well maintained.
Had a fantastic stay with our family of four. Everything was in great order when we arrived. The bedrooms are charming and have great light. The hot tub was very clean and the perfect temp. The owner, elizabeth was very prompt in responding to emails and very kind. I would love to come back one day soon. We had to rent linens which ended up being fine and very easy with the link she provided. The beach towels from the rental place were kinda small and scratchy, so if you like softer ones bring your own. But the sheets were fine. Bed was comfy, our children slept well. Don't leave delicious fudge out on counter or ants will get it! I'm Sure this happens in All beach houses, but something a city person doesn't pay attention to. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation can easily spend a week or a month here! A quick bike ride into edgartown or south beach. Right in between both. A perfect location.

The Sea Glass Cottage - A Very Special Find
This was our 3rd year in this amazing house. We have been coming to the Vineyard for 30 years; and therefore, have seen our share of Vineyard rentals along the way. Of all the rentals, this house is by far the best and meets 100% of my very picky criteria. First the basics - the location is great for getting wherever you want to go - a few minutes to Morning Glory (yum), South Beach & Norton Point, and
Edgartown. A lovely manicured lawn - perfect for croquet. The house itself is well maintained, perfectly decorated so that you feel at home, but not as though you are invading someone personal space. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The outdoor shower is the best - we never use anything but. But wait there's more! Its the extras that make this house so fantastic. Hot tub (clean and always ready to use), cottage/rustic screened in porch (great for reading in the late afternoon), what we call the billiard room - a fun place to have drinks and play a game of pool and last (but not least) wonderful decks (including rooftop) for relaxing and enjoying afternoon libations or early morning coffee.
So hope this helps others to know this is a special find. And we look forward to next summer and many more to come.
