Roo View- A little escape
Construido en 2016, esta pequeña y ordenada escapada es perfecta para parejas o familias pequeñas. Se proporcionan una cuna / cama para niños pequeños, literas individuales, tronas, cochecitos y juguetes.
Esta pequeña y linda propiedad se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del lago Victoria y a 5 minutos en coche de 90 Mile Beach, ambos son hermosos y excelentes lugares para nadar. Hay fabulosas zonas de barbacoa en el cercano Parque Nacional de los Lagos y en la costa del lago Victoria. Los niños también pueden disfrutar visitando el patio de recreo local o la pista de skate.
El aire acondicionado y el calentador portátiles provistos son más que adecuados para mantener una temperatura confortable en la propiedad, siempre que el aire acondicionado esté encendido antes de que se caliente.
La propiedad está completamente cercada y las mascotas son bienvenidas, simplemente se solicita a los huéspedes que limpien cualquier desorden que sus bebés hacen. Se proporcionan cuencos para mascotas.

This is a very comfortable little cottage, well appointed I must say however, they don't supply bathrooms towels. I found this quite strange, as they supplied everything else.We have stayed in many places, and haven;t experienced this before. Our stay however was lovely and very appreciated

We had a lovely stay, the house had everything we needed & more. Travelled with our 4 year old son and our fur baby perfect set up for our son and fully fenced for our dog which was great.
We got to see kangaroos in the vacant lot everyday which was beautiful

Great location walking distance to the lake and walking track, and a short drive to 90 mile beach.
We had a lovely stay - the property is a basic beach house but really has everything you need. Very pet friendly with the fence surrounding and close to lots of dog friendly swimming and walk options.

This would be good for a family with little kiddies, the bunks in bedroom 2 are too small for adults but well suited to children. Caters well for the little ones, they would have so much to entertain them with toys and DVD's.

Autumn break
We had a lovely, quiet break.
A comfortable ,fun beach house situated between both Lake and 90 mile beach. The style of fun decoration appealed to us, well equipped for us to self cater and look after ourselves most of the time. If we were staying longer we would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit outside. And yes we did have some lovely close up Roo views at early moring and dusk.

Relaxing stay
My family had a relaxing stay at this property, a lot of board games, movies, music and kids toys were available. We were able to go to the beach, come back and cook a meal and relax with a movie on. We also brought our 3 small dogs along, I like that it was all fenced in.

Great getaway spot
Exactly as described, comfortable modern property with secure fence for dog in a great secluded location.
Only downside is limited phone/internet reception but there are a heap of DVD's on hand for entertainment at night.
Wallabies could be seen in the empty lot next door and a few kookaburras on the fence as well.
Close to 90 mile beach and 4WD track to nature walks.
Great communication from host as well, highly recommend!!

Wonderful!
I had a lovely stay this past few days. Emma was so easy to deal with and responded to any questions very quickly. Such a cute little cottage with everything that you need! So clean. Comfy chairs to watch tv in too!!
My little pooch enjoyed his stay too!

Our stay in Loch Sport
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The yard was very secure for our two dogs as well. Highly recommended!

WOW from parrots in the bottlebrush to kangaroo next door
We stayed at Roo View holiday house for 3 nights in July, this property was very clean and tidy nice on a quiet road.
The Roo View is fully set up with everything you would need to feel at home. It has a full kitchen, laundry, 100’s of DVDs, record player, stacks of games to play and more. We have a great view of about 6 kangaroo just over the fence and parrots in the bottlebrush just waiting to have their photo taken.
The fully enclosed yard was very safe for our dog that loved playing outside in the sunny yard. It is nice finding such a nice dog friendly holiday house we hope to go back again soon,

Excellent property
Property was very clean and nicely arranged. It's nice accommodation for our little dog as well. He loved it. Interior and everything was nicely done with attention to detail. Would like to go back again.

Older visitors
We found the movilibity rather difficult on the stone driveway for older visitors. Also we were disappointed in no outdoor facilities eg barbeque/sitting. The presentation of the property was excellent and very clean. A good stay.

We will be return customers for sure! Everything was here, the kids were happy and communication with the owner made things easy! We enjoyed our weekend so very much! From the range of dvds to board games for the kids to stay entertained - to watching the kangaroos in the back paddock! It was just terrific. Great spot, great stay!

Emma have been such a wonderful host! Answering all my questions very promptly. The property is such a wonderful, neat little beach house.
