Property needs a shaded outdoor seating area.
Taps in bathroom were very hard to turn off.
Needs a bigger dining table.
Blinds on bedroom windows need to be wider to block the lights out.
There were a few large cockroaches around, so might be time for some pest control.

It was a perfect little cosy home for us, kids loved it & close to everything. Exactly what we were after when booking.

Very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Some nice little breakfast extras were thoughtful. Sarah answered queries promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and welcoming, It felt like we were going home to our own home after the end of every day. Only issue was the remote to the TV did not operate and the dinning room light wouldn't turn on until the morning we left lol. We would recommend staying there to anyone and would love to stay there again when we return to Tamworth.

The property was as depicted and described. We appreciated basic supplies such as bread, tea, coffee, milk to start off the stay. We were very happy with the cleanliness and basic necessities such as towels, body wash, shampoo, and laundry supplies. The property was only a block away from the nearest Coles and close to town. We were visiting friends and the location was very convenient. The neighbourhood was quite. There was a hotel opposite, but we didn't hear much from it. I would recommend the property.

From the moment we stepped through the front gate we knew this lace was something special.
Such attention to detail with everything and anything you could even think of being available.
We were only passing through for 1 night but we would loved to have just stayed for a cosy retreat.
The bed was amazing.
Even a welcome bottle of Shiraz and chocolates…..

Very clean, they have thought of everything you might need. Beds are so comfortable and the whole house has been decorated so nicely! Can’t beat the location (we were staying for sporting events) and Sarah was very easy to communicate with and so very helpful! Highly recommend.

Very clean and well equipped property with lovely personal touches, including eggs for breakfast. Comfortable beds with ceiling fans in the rooms. Stylish inside and not to be judged by the exterior. Good yard for my furry four legged friend. Excellent communication. Great value!

Our short stay at the property was thoroughly enjoyable, the house was immaculately cleaned and we loved the thoughtful touches left in the house for our stay the fresh eggs, bread, cereals, tea and coffee etc. Sarah is a delightful host and was very efficient in replying to correspondence when we made our booking.

The cottage was very comfortable with everything you need for a stay of a few days. The yard is secure and the location was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The place was clean, well equipped and delightfully appointed. It was however our first time back in suburbia after more than a decade which was confronting. We completely forgot about all the "noise". This was truly only a personal experience and not a reflection on the host or the accommodation, which were both more than adequate.

We were looking for a convenient property which was fully fenced for our dog. This house was far more than that - very well equipped, extremely comfortable on every level, pleasing to the eye and across the road from a leagues club with an amazing chef in a whisper quiet area. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely few days staying in Tamworth. The house was very clean, comfortable, child friendly, well equiped and had lovely good quality bedding!
The owner was very helpful and assisted us in having to make changes because of covid.
It is a short drive to Tamworth and the club across the road has good food (and a small kids play area) if you don’t want to drive anywhere too.

Love this beautifully presented and resourced home in great location. This was our second stay because it ticks every box for comfort, space and location. Sarah was also very flexible when our dates were impacted by lockdown more than once. Enjoyed the kitchen Reno this time...raises the bar even higher!! Thank you and see you again!
