Property location is great. Views were beautiful and nice neighborhood for walks. Needs to have a bit more updating (like kitchen pans for example). Needs a bit more attention to cleaning like under beds and sofa, sticky utensils, etc. Closets and some drawers seemed to have personal stuff or things left by others.

My brother's and booked this house to bring our mother back to visit with her 4 brothers for her 80th birthday. This was perfect to have guests over with plenty of room. Owners even allowed us to park our motorhome on the property. It is a bit tricky to see the turn off to the private rode even with the sign. We were there just in time to have all the fall colors in the trees.

Lovely spot. Extremely clean property. Comfortable. Nice big yard. Fun lake to swim and kayak in. We enjoyed just taking it slow and relaxing in a laid back environment. Good Tech/TV connections.

The home had everything we could possibly need or want! Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils! Outdoor space is just perfect for anything from fishing off the dock, floating in the lake on a raft, or lounging on the little beach! Plenty of space for outdoor games, we brought corn hole, badminton, and croquet! Just a perfect vacation rental! Already booked for next year same time!

The location was amazing. So peaceful and tranquil. We spent a few nights with family for my son’s graduation. The home comfortably slept 8 and had plenty of room for us all to relax and eat. The yard was huge and our dog enjoyed running around in freedom. He saw a few rabbits which were his highlight! My husband fished each day and caught pickerels, and small mouth all off the dock. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great home base for our family!

We enjoyed the property. We did not spend a lot of time at the property which upset us because it was so cute. If we had more time, we definitely would’ve enjoyed the property more I would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside Cottage very much. It was lovely, relaxing, and beautiful. The cottage was immaculately clean and spacious. The October foliage was still vibrant when we were there. The view of the lake out all the windows was gorgeous. Very private, peaceful, and relaxing.

What a Pretty Town and What an Ideal Location for this Home by the Lake!
You will want to stay Outside and Savor the Surroundings! It is so Peaceful and Quiet!
All was Clean and in Order inside the Home, too! A most Comfortable and Cozy Home for All Seasons!
We would definitely look forward to returning but in September on a Gorgeous Fall Day, it is Definitely the Place to be! Thank You to the Owners for allowing us to rent!

My wife and I needed a short break from the day to day challenges of life. We found it here for a too short stay. We were able to bring our dog and he could not have been more happy. We were able to read by the pond while he ran in and out of the pond demanding just one more throw of the ball The cottage is a perfect rustic lakeside retreat. It is very private and the sunrises are wonderful! We will definitely be back as schedules allow.

We only stayed two nights at this home but it was very nice. The property and its views are amazing being right on the pond which is more like a lake. The yard is open yet secluded from the neighbors and is a beautiful piece of property. The home is cute and suited the needs of my husband and I, our two adult daughters and our dog. It had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Long Pond. The property and lake were just amazing. Our old dog (and us) enjoyed splashing and kayaking in the lake, just relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. One of the best vacations we've ever had and we were delighted our best friend could enjoy it all too. Thank you for allowing us to share your Home.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lake house vibes, cozy yet spacious. The amount of lake frontage is amazing! Sandy beaches and no seaweed.

We rented this house for a week in April and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The home is very private, in a wooded area with plenty of water access. Our kids loved fishing every day and caught yellow perch and pickerel. It was too cold for swimming but the water was clear and I’m sure that would have been fun. The house is comfortable and the layout was ideal for our family. The location is very convenient to many MA attractions and it was very easy to get into Boston. We hope to return in the future as we have family in the area and the property allowed us a great visit with them. Thank you!!

We had a fabulous time! Nice quiet location and a clean house. The only thing we wished we could have found was a can opener! Otherwise, it had everything we wanted.

We all have small homes. After a COVID Christmas on zoom last year, we decided being together was the best gift. We had room to sleep, room to cook and room to lounge. The view was wonderful, the fireplace was warm and house's comfy cozy. There was no hassles, it was a wonderful holiday!

This property is amazing! Feels very private. The backyard is so spacious and the lake is very clear and clean. So much fun jumping off the dock and enjoying the water. The cabin itself was cozy as well with lots of room if you want to bring a bigger party. Overall an amazing stay and would return again ina heartbeat!

This rental is perfect for 2 couples or a family. It couldn't be a more relaxing or peaceful place. There is plenty of room to spread out or play games and a wonderful fireplace. It's very easy to get a kayak or canoe in and out of the water from the backyard. I'd highly recommend this property for any time of the year.
