We stayed for the weekend during the Daytona race. My son and I went to the race while my wife and daughter stayed around the condo. I liked the feel of the area, not overly touristy at all, lots of local restaurants, and still close to all the fun amenities if you wanted to go. My wife and daughter went shopping, glow in the dark mini golf, among other things. The condo is absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for all four of us, and the view was spectacular. Susan was great. You can tell she's been doing this a while and has thought of pretty much everything. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! There is so much to do in that area, you could easily fill up a weeks worth of activities, not including bumming it on the beach! We will definitely be back, 5 stars all the way around.

The location was perfect for our needs! The beach and pool area were super quiet and it felt very private. We loved waking up to the sunrise and hearing the waves every day. We even caught a rocket launch in the morning which we all enjoyed. Susan was very helpful wity lots of hreat food and activity recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t say enough about this property! The decor, the views, it was all sheer perfection! Susan was an outstanding host! I felt like I was communicating with a friend. She was so sweet and accommodating, just a wonderful person! I would highly recommend staying here to anybody visiting the area. I can’t wait to go back!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this condo is and how amazing the host is! Susan goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure your stay is the best possible experience. She's so friendly and has spared no expense to make her condo gorgeous, comfortable, and welcoming. She has to be one of the most genuine people--this is more than a rental property for her--she wants you to feel at home. Even though we never met her, we feel like she's part of the family.
We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sunrise and we loved the privacy and calmness of the beach. There were many times when it was just us out there for the first part of the day. It was absolute perfection.
Susan shared many activities for us to do with our teenagers and shared many restaurants around the area---and we tried many of them!
My husband and I both said we can't wait to come back. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and this was our absolute favorite. Susan, we can't thank you enough!

This condo was wonderful! From the decor, location, cleanliness and peacefulness to THE VIEW! I could sit on that patio with my morning coffee and watch the sunrise every day! We also loved watching the dolphins swim back and forth. The beach was literally steps away and not overcrowded at all. Susan was so helpful and provided several restaurant recommendations and not a single one disappointed. Perfect little getaway for our family.

We had an epic time and wouldn’t change a thing about our stay!!! We really did meet an octopus!!! The artwork and decor in this condo is magical. Our host went above and beyond, was very helpful, responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We loved the balcony, especially the breathtaking view of the Ocean. We will definitely be back!!!!

We were only able to stay at this beautiful condo for 1 night but we will be back! As much as the ocean view was unobstructed and wonderful, the interior of the unit was almost more amazing. We loved every room and every piece of furniture. Soothing lighting, modern design while at the same time a little touch of artsy. We loved the swivel accent chairs in the living room that enabled us to be chatting one moment and gazing at the ocean the next. Bravo!

We were coming from out of state for the 4 day Rockville Festival in Daytona Beach. We were looking for places to stay in Daytona and just couldn’t find what we were looking for. So we extended our search outside of Daytona. That’s when we found this listing in Ormond Beach. I can’t say enough how pleased we were with our stay! Susan was so wonderful! We talked on the phone prior to our trip. She answered all of questions, gave a thorough overview of the check in process, gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The condo totally exceeded our expectations! All three beds were so comfortable! It had every amenity. The stunning view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! We highly, highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been renting houses/condos for years and one of my favorites regarding this property is the owner gives you so much. There's no buying dish soap, paper towels, TP, Windex, laundry soap, all those little things you need, but only use for a week and end up throwing away. Many of the other reviews sum it up nicely. I don't think the pool is salt water, a resident told me this, and it is not heated.
The area around the condo building is not commercial. Across the street is a church and a neighborhood. Most everything is Mom & Pop owned, no large chains, with the exception of a Publix and a Dollar Store. The beach is clean and quiet, and not many people.

We were in town for my brothers birthday. This condo was 1 block away from my brother which is one reason why we picked it.
