The lady at the service desk was extremely rude held us up for over an hour. We finally make it to our room and it is filthy the shower had public hair with someone's used bar of soap in the shower also a dirt ring in the tub. There were buggers smeard on the blue wall by the toilet hardly any toilet paper on the roll.

Lot of dust on things like around night stand, base of lamps and shower door not the cleanest at bottom. Had to have room transfer from our first room due to certains not able to close. Could not get wifi to work.

The layout of the room was great. We loved the shower area. I slept very well and could tell pets had not really been there. Please continue to keep pets out of all your rooms. I understand designating some rooms for pets or smokers, but a lot of people have allergies to both.

The fan in the bathroom ran constantly. I understand why it might be necessary, but it would have been better if there was some kind of a dimmer switch to really turn it up when needed and down at night.
