So you (as I do) look for a relaxed, quiet, clean, green and lush place to go? Then this is it! Also the owners Yves and Marcela treat you like family and serve a fresh and delicious breakfast!

Chontaqui far exceeded our expectations. Its location and accommodations are perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway, nestled in the forest on the edge of town. The complimentary breakfasts were phenomenal with different cheeses, sausage, freshly made juices, yogurts, coffee, bread, eggs, fruits, and Belgium pancakes (our favorite!). The owners were super friendly and helpful with all our questions. We've stayed at other places in Oxapampa in the past, but we liked Chontaqui so much, that we will be booking our return for our anniversary in July! Highly reccmmended!

Our host Yife was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Gave us recommendations and help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent.

There is everything I like about this place! Houses itself are really great and perfectly located inside the jungle but still close to the city. Breakfast was delicious, owners were incredibly friendly and gave us a lot of tips. Houses were clean and good equipped. Just lovely place!!
